Too early for that game. It doesn't begin until the Democrat nominee is selected...

Exactly. "Trump vs _______ who would you vote for?" Silly question.

Not if he loses a single other state he won in 2016 — every democratic contender is polling within the MOE in NC and FL, the front runner is beating him in both albeit not by much.

Yeh, that isn’t the way voting works — a sizable portion of the US believed Hillary would win in 2016 — polling was putting her within the MOE. But feel free to ignore them as it doesn’t look like you can dispute or even address the polls I posted.

Your post of polls where there is a potential Dem nominee? You think those carry accuracy worth betting on? They don't. No need to address that kind of conjecture.

I'm not a huge fan of polls in general, but when over 1/2 the people who ID as left or Dem think the election is already over months before the election that is not a energized base ready to show up in force to vote. You'll need a nominee that can energize the base together along with moderates. You have Crazy Bernie. i.e. your screwed.

Sanders is the first Democrat in history to have a popular vote win all three primary states. Stating that the incumbent president* that has cult like support will likely win doesn’t mean Democrats will not go vote. You are making wild assumptions to justify your narrative.

What cult was mentioned? I never stated that. What I said was the right will be energized by a socialist nominne. Just common sense. You make that typical lefty mistake thinking the rigth is all about Trump, it is not. It's just the lazy way the left try's to explain a concept they can not understand.

I'm not the one saying the Dems think they will lose, the right is not saying it, a talking head is not saying it....it was the Dems themselves, over 50% of them on that poll.

And if you don't think a defeatist mentality negatively effects voters turnout your not very realistic.

So what narratives did I make up again?

Your continual assumptions aside, we will see turnout in 9 months.
If 2016 and 2018 are any indication... Will be interesting to say the very least.

Trump needs the stars to align to pull off another inside straight. He’s got to get enough voters to believe his opponent is the devil incarnate. Unfortunately that’s a possibility in the current environment.

The Dems just need Obama-Like Black turnout in Detroit and Milwaukee and they can flip MI and WI.
