Well you are presenting it as a fact when in fact there doesn't seem to be any evidence that's happening. My anecdotal experiences with Black people are that they have plenty of esteem and think highly of themselves. Inferior? Not any that I've met.
Just google..are blacks Inferior and you will see all the “experts” who think so and why. Are the people that you meet who have all this self-esteem very poor or are they middle class and wealthy? . My students were very “macho” but really suffered from knowing they are viewed as lessWhen you are told for generations that you are from an Inferior race, its hard to think you have high self esteem,,,I agree that is changing because more and more African Americans are getting educated and help to level the playing field

The only reason Blacks feel that way is Liberals. They have been telling them for decades that they are inferior. They told them you guys can't cut it on your own, you need Affirmative Action. They told them they are not able to make money to buy a home, you need the community reinvestment act and scattered site housing. There are a hundred examples of liberals passing legislation that keeps Blacks from achieving. They want them thinking that the democratic party will pave the road for them.
You could probably do a rough measure on how much this internalised stuff increased under Obama. After all, he kept telling them they were helpless and inferior.
Dunno, ask Obama. Meantime, all those Asians aren't letting the deep traumas of the fairly recent past stand in the way of getting ahead. They regard crying about past wrongs - refusing to get past them, as self-indulgence. They would say 'if you can get out of bed, you can make good'. They would say 'if negative thoughts are impeding you, stop thinking'. They would say 'the way to stop thinking is to work hard .. all day, every day'.
Your 'macho' students are viewed as less-than because they're macho, not because they're black. The same thing happens to white kids who swagger the thug thing in my country. They're treated as the thugs they present themselves as. The general public has nothing else to go on, so why would they (the public) assume anything else? I'd argue it has nothing to do with money, and everything to do with culture. A poor black kid can just as easily present himself as a nerdy academic, as he can a thug. It probably costs less, actually.

In all fairness, Asians do actually fall behind in those 'soft' areas. It's cultural. They're a little clunky on the social skills side.

There is a slight difference between Asians and African-Americans. Asians were never brought here in chains as slaves. Asians were not segregated in schools and told they are inferior. Asians were never told they had to sit in the back of the bus because they were inferior. Asians came here by choice. They also are stereotyped as being very smart while blacks are stereotyped as being inferior. If you want to pretend otherwise be my guest.

To try to hide their discrimination, Harvard just outright lies. For example, listing Elizabeth Warren as their first Native American professor and then continuing that lie to count her as a Native American minority.
I agree it is time to stop importing slaves in chains. It is true that the Democratic Party then and now treats and defines African-Americans as a separate species and inferior.
They assume they own that vote already so they're hitting on the Hispanics (Like the last fat girl in the club ten minutes before closing) because they cannot understand how Trump got 30% of the Hispanic vote which is actually obvious! The 30% legal Hispanics eyed who the greatest danger to their job security and wage structure was and voted with their pockets.
I would not discriminate people under the given criteria, but I would discriminate racists, xenophobes, Anti-Semites, muslim haters, right-wing extremists and similar fools.
