This is actually a quite serious question.

P. M. Trudeau made an error back in 1974, that may well come to be understood as one of the most important mistakes ever made by a political leader.

When P. M. Pierre Elliott Trudeau took Canada off the gold standard, (which incidentally had to be done for many valid reasons), a miscalculation was made that is the number one reason why our national debt has spiraled out of control.

But..... there is a very good side to this because all of us know that we humans have been in a somewhat similar mentality to our ancestors who shot, boiled, barbecued, roasted and friend passenger pigeons into extinction.

We are highly prone to OVER Consumptionism............. I addressed part of the background issues back in my 2006 provincial level campaign as an independent.

You admitted that yes, turning deserts green was one important part of a full response to climate change and
you also promised that if you were elected that you would try your best to make Central - Nova a hub for
film production.

I voted for you in 2008 even though your rival Mr. Peter Mackay is one of my favourite political leaders,
not only in Canada, but anywhere on earth, with the possible exception of yourself and the President of Uruguay,
(if I remember correctly)!?

I have a very strange offer for you..........
if you were to leave your Green Party and join Canada's Conservative Party for
several months....... it is my belief that the flavour of the Conservative Party can be dramatically altered
for the better......... and virtually all 35 million Canadians will benefit from this
move on our part.

I would like to explain very specifically what I mean by my apology in the opening post.

I was NOT stating that I one hundred percent recant of my statements in my 2008
campaign writing that can be viewed here:

I was saying that the evidence that suggests that atmospheric carbon dioxide may have
a relationship on the level of carbolic acid in the oceans is entirely new to me,
I knew nothing about this potentially important factor in the formula when I
addressed climate change in my 2008 campaign.

I don't like being ignorant on important aspects of a subject that I am attempting to
address and I felt that what I wrote in 2008 was far too dogmatic, too simplistic, and
simply apologizing to Green Party Leader Ms. Elizabeth May seemed like the appropriate
thing to do.

I am not doing this because I am nice.....
I am doing this because I personally take climate change very seriously and I want to
influence Canada's Conservative Party to be generally less so in the camp with
climate change skeptics and more so in an alliance with
the people who are promoting the alternative climate stabilization strategy that
involves turning deserts green and producing food for the world's malnourished one billion people.

My goal is to have more environmentally conscious young people in Canada's Conservative Party than are involved with
Canada's Green Party, Liberal Party and NDP combined.

I am also reaching out to Canadians with leanings toward Modern Monetary Theory or
Social Credit Economic Theory who
are scattered in all Canadian political parties.

A better understanding of Modern Monetary Theory is necessary to understand how to finance the
shift over to a truly green and sustainable economy.

Although I do take Climate Change seriously I agree with all of the following.......
because it seems obvious to me that the Canadian and USA Environmentalism Movements have been
infiltrated by employees of Russia, China, Iran, George Soros and their buddies

"turning deserts green is one part of a full response to climate change."(Elizabeth May) That statement got her my vote in that federal election because I knew that she had given me what I needed to attempt to turn Canada's supposedly Green Movement in a different direction.


How much longer will central Antarctica save our coastal communities?

Since 2007 I personally have been promoting mega-scale desalination of ocean water to turn deserts green in Qatar, Israel, Jordan, Australia, California, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Morocco and any other area of the world with lots of arid land that could use fresh water to be turned green. Every cubic meter of ocean water that is desalinated and added to the water table of a nation with lots of desert is good news for residents of Cities, towns and communities all along the eastern area of the Bay of Fundy where the world's highest tides take place due to the unique geography there.

I would like to think that all four of us might well tend to agree that
my proposal of giving five hundred dollars per month to all thirty seven
point six million Canadians is an option worthy of serious consideration
at this crucial time?

Ms. May, I know that you have an excellent understanding
of historical Canadian monetary policy from one of the interviews that I saw you in on
youtube and I will be posting a link to that video at the end of this message.

Mr. Fraser, your boss Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has gotten himself into a huge amount of political trouble and his
controversial political gambits since 2015 have the province of Alberta closer to full scale separation from
Canada than at any time in my sixty years that I can remember. My proposal may well be one of the only
possible ways for him to largely redeem himself and his administration before this next federal election begins.

I personally am seeking the nomination to represent the PPC here in Central - Nova and I consider that
diplomacy and working with other political parties is an important part of the role that a Member of Parliament
must play so............ I would greatly appreciate it if all three of you would talk to each other regarding my
proposal because I think that this policy should be debated in parliament over the coming weeks even before this next federal
level campaign begins.

Mr. Bernier, your existing policy regarding making Canadians wealthier is brilliant but I can't resist putting forward
a proposal that could begin a gambit that could potentially turn Canada into a nation of investors capable of
keeping the USA petrodollar stable and strong as some courageous visionaries have suggested would occur
in spite of how scary the situation and the numbers did look to CIA economist Mr. Jim Rickards in the forty six
minute interview that I give the link to below.

I have to admit that the response that I got back regarding my idea

(My idea on the other hand can be discussed and put on the table for the inevitable leadership convention that could be in 2020 or 2021):

I am advocating the usage of the Bank of Canada that is owned by all Canadians to finance giving five hundred dollars per month to all thirty seven million Canadians.

Would the incidence of Canadian women choosing to have an abortion plummet by a huge percentage? Personally I do think so!

It will of course mean much more to poorer Canadians than to millionaires........
but it could be surprising how many stay at home wives with cheap and stingy millionaire husbands who control the purse strings of the home may find this extra five hundred very helpful indeed.

I suspect that well over eighty percent of of Canadians will spend this money reasonably well and:

1. enrol their kids in more after school programs.....
2. begin to purchase a higher percentage of organic produce vs the cheap GMO stuff
3. purchase a newer car, SUV or half ton truck
4. do renovations to their homes
5. hire landscapers to do certain projects on their properties
6. pay down their debt loads, especially the higher interest ones
7. buy a new home rather than renting
8. buy a cottage outside the city so that they can get away for weekends
9. many will choose to move to rural Canada in order to escape relatively hectic city life
10. eat at nice restaurants more often

I suspect that less than ten percent of Canadians will attempt to live off this five hundred dollars / month and simply use it to drink or smoke more.

To whatever degree this happens the worst cases where these Canadians put themselves and others in danger this can be dealt with by issuing food stamps vs a monthly check.

I have listened to an audio video over and over again that explains what President Obama did from 2009 - 2014 and I came up with this idea because it is close to being the OPPOSITE to what President Obama did. He gave billions to the top one percent of the top one percent of the INVESTOR CLASS of Americans........ .and if he was expecting a trickle down effect to create jobs..... that certainly DID NOT happen!

Technically I am also advocating a variation of Quantitative Easing but......
my plan of sending it to ALL CANADIAN CITIZENS vs sending it pretty much all to INVESTORS.... makes my plan uniquely different.

Also..... I do have to admit that if Canada's government decided to do one year at two hundred and fifty per month per citizen or legal resident...... this might be a good way to test my program to see how it works and give companies an opportunities to better plan for the shift in the Canadian economy.

I suspect that this plan will be emulated in the USA shortly after its success in Canada becomes obvious to the majority of us.

CIA economist Jim Rickards explains what President Obama and his team did from 2009 - 2014 and obviously we need to try something very different than the terribly failed Obama policy of giving billions and billion and billions and billions to the top one percent of the top one percent of the INVESTOR CLASS.... That clearly did not work and DID NOT stimulate the USA Economy so we Canadians should learn from what President Obama did wrong:
