No, it doesn't. You refuse to acknowledge that the United States are 50 separate and independent entities. There are different laws in different states, and there are different statistics in different states. You crow about "the math", looking at the nation as a whole but running with your tail between your legs when confronted with the need to analyze the results on a state-by-state basis.

Except for the fact that it does not say anything. There is no citation to where the chart came from, what criteria was used in compiling the numbers, there is nothing to even show that the above results apply to law enforcement officers rather than the general public.
