Informed and well thought out immigration reform is both acceptable and needed. But the anecdotal reinforcement of prejudices the OP represents doesn't inform the issue, just stokes the fear.

 

If you have a way to prevent future Jeffery Dahmers from killing Americans then we'd all like to hear it. But there is a way to prevent illegals from killing Americans and that's to keep them the heck out and a wall would greatly help to achieve that along with the abolishing of sanctuary cities.

We cannot predict the human who is going to end up killing people and so we are always going to be stuck with those Citizens who end up doing that. They're Citizens, we're stuck with them. We are not stuck with other countries Citizens however, and can reduce some American deaths by getting them out and keeping them out.

No matter what an American born citizen may or may not do or have done....it doesn't legitimize Non Citizens being here.
