The purpose of life according to politicians: to serve, and keeping serving; to bleed, and keep bleeding, to slave, and keep slaving for the greatness of the state. What the hell has happened to a culture that once sang "My Country tis of thee, Sweet land of liberty" and now sings, "Tax me once, tax me twice, tax me once again? I love being the State's slave". What evil infects this nation that it now bleeds the best of us to death in the name of the worst among us. There must be a hell, because politicians deserve it, and likely spawned from it.

so, it looks like Illinois can't afford to pay for infrastructure with the current tax rate so they need to raise it to provide basic Public Services, they've reached the breaking point and people are leaving. oh well I guess we can't afford basic infrastructure anymore and I think USA needs to send more Federal funding to the states.
