    Later term abortions are already legal if they're medically necessary..... so what does this law change?

    The law protects abortion rights in the event that Roe v Wade is overturned by the supreme court in the state of NewYork.

    Simple. It was a clear stamp of approval by the state, that they support late term abortions.

    OK, GOOD :) but RvW didn't deal with late term abortions...


    Again , GOOD ! Women who need late term abortions shouldn't be denied and possibly die because of some sick control freaks !!!!!!!!!


    That said , RvW won't be overturned.

    The leading cause of death in America last year, was Abortion. The whole idea of infanticide is disturbing enough but now with that bill that let's murderous mothers kill viable babies up until birth shows the pro-choice for what is it. Anti-Life.

    Maybe YOU could be the ONLY Anti-Choicer who could show me EXACTLY WHERE in the law that is says ""let's murderous mothers kill viable babies up until birth """.

    NO one has done that yet.....I wonder why?

    Women can abort up until birth already (if her life or health are in danger) ….so why have another bill saying that ??????
