Just read in today's paper that a federal Judge ruled N. Carolina's decades old law limiting abortion to 20 weeks was unconstitutional....and struck it down...
Judge says courts across the country have struck down "week or event specific abortion bans"...and N.Carolina is no different

A case could be made that the 14th amendment due process clause makes abortion unconstitutional since due process "time in court" is the right of all persons which can be both born and unborn, is a right before losing ones life. If such a ruling was made it would receive world praise.
