Dobruja. Bulgarian is sometimes written in Latin, informal. These letters stand for:

J = like Jacqueline, Jean Claude Van Damme, jar, like in a "cookie jar"
Q = Yamaha, ya, yak, it's a "ya" letter
Y = like in cut, the middle sound, the "u", cut

Dobruja. Northern Dobruja. It's the region where still our breads comes from. It's a historic region.

We even have Dobrujanski hlqb (Dobruzha bread).
