    The Russians have had a wonderful space program ... historically, #2 in the world. That's not a slam.

    Hell, the Russians may be #1 now. The U.S. abandoned space exploration in favor of income redistribution.

    They want to explore space and can't afford it. We can afford it, but we don't want to do it.

    I was seven when we landed on the moon. It was magical. I thought we'd be on Mars by now. Very sad.
