Primitives and their poor breeding habits are not the responsibility of the United States. Time to evolve and join the 21st century.
The primitives are neither the responsibility of others, those who come from mountainous and hilly areas to be specific, nor are their burdens the burdens of the Original population though unfortunately for the past six thousand years we have been burdened by said primitives. Luckily, the calendar has no more days for those people.
