Millenials don't vote in high numbers, do you think they'll get excited about Creepy Joe? Anyway, many of them mature and grow up when it comes to politics later when they experience real life. Not all.

They don’t vote in high numbers yet, 2018 was the highest percentage seen for this generational gap.
2020 is expected to be even higher.
And surveys are showing they are not turning more conservative as they age...

The conservative mantra of “I got mine, f you” and “I had to suffer, you should have to also” will hopefully go the way of the dodo bird.

....to be replaced by free stuff for all? I agree, many younger people are lazy and have an entitlement complex.

    Nothing is “free”.
To be hopefully be replaced by limiting suffering where possible.
Your Jesus would approve, well maybe yours wouldn’t but the one mentioned in the Bible definitely would.

I answered, “I said they oversampled conservatives as per their voting metrics.
Rasmussen is typically an outlier but it does not make it “fake news”, it just uses a different polling algorithm.”

    Reading comprehension is your friend.

There is a tremendous amount of societal good done with a great economy as we have now, or is your definition limited to government handouts?

    One and the same.

No, not just limited to government intervention.
Unfortunately private enterprise doesn’t reach far enough.

    Hardly

At least not when hampered by LW tax and regulation policies.

We disagree. Why do you care?

It never has, even prior to LW tax and regulation policies.

If charity and private enterprises would have been providing the needed services of our poor and destitute then government would have never picked it up. We would not have seen massive pollution by big industry, mistreatment of the worker, or starvation of the elderly. But we did, so government did what society asked it to do — intervene.

The best thing we can do for the poor is give them a job, but I agree we need a safety net, but not a hammock. My son is on VA disability so no argument from me we need such programs. And I'd be happy to compare what I give to charity with anyone on this forum, it is more than a lot of people make.

So, you are saying that even if they oversampled conservatives that doesn't make them Fake Polls - is that right?

IOW, I was right, the polls are accurate and the DP has lost its grip on the black American vote.
    Ty for the clarification. :)

You are free to reach any conclusion (and cite any poll that lines up with your confirmation bias).

    That said:

There will be No Way to PROVE your thesis until the Nov. 2020 Election.

    ^So, there's that.

I never called them fake, that is a strawman you pulled out of your rear.

Blacks supported trump by around 6%-7% in 2016 vs the 6% in 2012.
They backed republican congress critters by about 9% in 2018 which is a percentage point lower than the 10% in 2014.

Personally as long as this gets democrats to abandon reparations I am all for it as it is a major negative for independents and moderates. Furthermore, it’s less than ten percent of the electorate and is contained almost completely in red states, So no, I don’t see it being an issue. It likely isn’t accurate anyway.

    Cheers for your... victory... though!
    Enjoy ;)

He's not just an entertainer-his supporters have a bond with him.

Not the type of thing democrat politicians are familiar with.

That's right, and I am sure all those Trumpist pollsters at Marist, Emerson and Rasmussen will see the errors of their ways when the votes are finally counted. :)

If those polls are accurate, and over 30% of black American voters turn out for Trump the DP is doomed. I did not say that you said they were fake I just asked you. Of course I do enjoy seeing polling like that. :)

It doesn’t matter if 100% of them come out to support the impeached president — they are contained in completely red districts. You understand how the electoral college works, yes?

What is the bond that he has with these people? That he shoots his mouth off at these rallies and he lies throughout the entire rally? Is that the bond you are talking about? This president has a bond with these people? How? Have you seen his penthouse where everything is covered in gold, yeah, a regular person has the same at home. He is supposedly for the forgotten men and women? Is that why he is screwing over farmers? Is that why factories are leaving after he is saying they will stay? Is he just like them? No, I don't see him going to funerals for gun violence, I see him golfing instead. That's more important to him. He has just about bankrupted the secret service. He enriches himself when government employees or visiting diplomats stay at his hotel. Yeah, what a bond. They cheer when he lies so I guess they like to lie. And if you bring something about impeachment, a guy says that isn't going to happen, me and my .357 says it isn't going to happen. Yeah, you can have that bond, I'm not drinking the kool aid, never have, never will. Thankfully, some people are waking up that this man is not what he says he is.

If I have to explain it to you, you wouldn't understand.

Just understand that a politician who says what he means and does what he says goes a long way-particularly after 8 years of Obama.

BTW, my family are farmers and they love him.

    The cult aspect is obvious.

    Screen Shot 2019-12-10 at 7.32.43 AM.png

Most Americans, however, consistently and relentlessly, disapprove of him.

Whether his fanatics actually believe it when he lies to them - climate change being a Chinese hoax, prayer rugs and duct-taped women all over the border, releasing his tax returns, "immediately!" repealing the ACA and replacing it with "something terrific!" that covers "everybody!" at "less cost!", lowering the national debt, rebuilding the nation's crumbling infrastructure, making Mexico pay for his wall, etc., etc. etc., I have no idea.

They appear to be emotionally-driven, not rational.

Black Americans only live and vote in "red districts"? I did not know that. ;-)

The beginning is the leftist takeover of the education system.

Yes, it's our fault that we let it happen.
