The country needed to have someone to take corrective action after years of corruption and decay.

It is obvious that the many coup attempts have failed after three years so Impeachment is the new form of attack.

But as Kevin McCarthy pointed out so eloquently today, Pelosi slipped by claiming that Impeachment is for life.

Wrong Nancy, Impeachment is for the history books that can and will document a House investigation run like a KKK lynching trial.

Trump will triumph in 2020 while Democrats need to be swept from the House like a swarm of termites.

I kind of think it will be for life- in the life history of the democrats. Sort of a debacle they will never live down; a permanent stain on the party for a time when their leadership traded integrity (at least as much as what they had) for political vengeance over an election loss. You frequently see individuals trashing their lives over emotional hostility, but an entire political organization in a psychotic group-think mode is a rare thing. Thankfully. To people who still keep their heads in working order- it's the proof that they are unfit to hold positions of power at this time, and need to be replaced with people who are. I suspect we will see enough of that in november to return the house to the republicans.

Yes impeachment is for life but no one is going to let this tarnish Trump's presidency. Civil Rights leaders were jailed, but no one looks back at MLK and remember the time he spent in jail, except. They remember him for what he has done. Trump is the civil rights leader of our times.

History will document the unprecedented blind eye that Trump supporters have given his behavior, the same groups of people who at one time stood for morals, ethics, responsibility, and honesty. History will document the White House refusing to accept checks and balances and refusing to tell the truth on the matter for fear of incriminating itself.

I think you are correct. Trump supporters are just looking to get things done in DC and Trump is very good at that task.

What democrats did was lower the bar and you can bet your bottom dollar that their next democratic president is going to be impeached also.

the power of Donald Trump. With no political experience, take on the entire MSM, ALL democrats and many in republican establishment and DEFEAT them at every step of the way. No wonder we have had this - RUSSIA COLLISION-FINANCIAL/TAX RECORD-STORMY DANIELS-UKRAINE-ANYTHINGANDEVERYTHING EVEN PRAISING SOLEIMANI meltdown and, of course, impeachment by a house that has done nothing for 4 years.

50 years from now Trump will be remembered as an American HERO who changed course of U.S. history, for the good and saved America from the ever growing progressive mob that wanted to change its course for the worse.

Likely Trump will be remembered for damaging America ............ not Making America Great

Benedict Arnold (1741-1801) was an early American hero of the Revolutionary War (1775-83) who later became one of the most infamous traitors in U.S. history after he switched sides and fought for the British.

Too late, Trump has already got the Great America ball rolling fast. No damage, except to left-head egos, and nothing of value is lost there.
And as you are apparently looking for "infamous traitors" I've got some dem candidates for ya.

Trump will go down as the man who took on the Washington establishment. So far, he's winning and making them look foolish.

But the story is not yet complete.

Agreed. Impeachment is precedentally just another way to virtue signal 'we don't like you' now.

Racist, traitor, Hitler and now Impeached are all meaningless thanks to prog tempter tantrums.

When you walk down the beach collecting flyspecks out of the sand to claim it's a sh*tty place, who do you think you are deceiving?

Trump is perhaps the best president America is ever had. You know it, but you threw in with the wrong crowd and can't deal with it not going your way. Only person you are fooling is you.

And just like his supporters did here with Trump, all responsibility for this future president's actions and behaviors should be completely ignored if not outright celebrated, the opposition party demonized as going on a witch hunt, and the Senate vowing to dismiss the case before it even reaches their doorstep. Otherwise it's not really a repeat.

Neither will the spin that turns Trump into a good president. Granted, he still has time to do something of value and he certainly could, but I'm not holding my breath.

Damaging America? It's more like Democrats trying to kill the goose laying the golden eggs and not smart enough to see it.

More people working than any time in our history. Minorities have the lowest unemployment in their history. DOW the highest in history. September 8 at 5:12 AM ·

    Record 157,878,000 Employed in August
“The number of people employed in the United States hit a record 157,878,000 in August, the 21st record set under President Donald Trump, according to the employment report released today by the Bureau of Labor Statistics,” Susan Jones reports for CNS News.
“The unemployment rate held steady at 3.7 percent. For blacks, the unemployment rate dropped to a record low of 5.5 percent last month. And for Hispanics, the... Unemployment rate was 4.2 percent in August, which ties the record low set earlier this year.”

“It’s been a lost summer for the Washington Post,” White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham and Principal Deputy Press Secretary Hogan Gidley write in the Washington Examiner. “Despite record-setting accomplishments in record-setting time, data shows the news coverage of Trump has been 92% negative. The most egregious and dangerous forms of this bias thrived this summer at media outlets like the Washington Post, which routinely masquerade opinion as news.”

A whopping 266,000 jobs was created in November, with 54,000 manufacturing jobs created. All the while Canada lost jobs. Economist are blown away and Biden predicting a recession?

Pay gains under Trump best since the Great Recession
    www.cnbc.com/2018/01/31/pay-gains-under-trumps...
Jan 31, 2018 · Pay gains during Trump's first year in office best since the Great Recession. The Employment Cost Index, a measure of salary and benefit costs, registered a 2.6 percent gain for the full year, tied for the best since 2007. That gives President Donald Trump the best wage gains since the Great Recession, easily topping any during former President Barack Obama's entire term.

Overlooked on economy? Rising paychecks for blue-collar workers are shrinking the wage gap

Monthly reports on the number of new jobs and the unemployment rate can drown out important trends like these two: After four decades of worsening, wage inequality has started shrinking. And in a twist, America’s blue-collar workers are playing the biggest role in driving that reversal.

This may come as a surprise, because education is classically seen as a ladder up the income scale. Despite blue-collar workers often lacking college degrees, their wages have been accelerating faster than those of their white-collar counterparts.

For example: In the past three years, white-collar workers, the sector that the Bureau of Labor Statistics classifies as “Management, Professional, and Related Occupations” and which encompasses 40% of the workforce, have seen their wages grow by nearly 7.5%. During the same period, all other workers, a group composed almost entirely of noncollege grads, have seen their paychecks grow by about 10 percent.

If Trump's first year gain of 2.6% is better than what Obama did in his whole 8 years, how much better is it after three years and has a gain of 7.5% and 10%? Biggest gain was for the Blue collar workers. The ones needing it most.

Trump supporters aren't looking to get things done any more than the supporters of other politicians and political parties. What you ARE looking for is a person to entertain you by trolling. There are plenty of places to get that without needing to use the Oval Office and screwing up a whole bunch of ****.
