Why should I hope for any other result?

Don't be too sure. Who funded, flaunted, and recommended the "Steele Dossier" as verified 'truth'...? Anyone capable of doing something like that can do anything....

That was a mistake to impeach Clinton, his popularity went though the roof because the reason for impeachment was just stupid, as would be any reason the dems can come up with for impeaching Trump. They would just look even more stupid than they do every day anyway.

I hope they do it though, he would never get removed by the Senate, and people will pay the dems back in two years at the polls, so I say go for it. I'm all in. To quote the words of that great orator, the graduate of the third grade, Maxine Waters "impeach, impeach, impeach"

Again, Mac, we have already seen what Democrats are very capable of doing in the FULL LIGHT OF DAY. We need look no further back than to see their marauding, execrable attempts to destroy Brett Cavanaugh, with no evidence, no proof, and no reason at all except that they truly and deeply HATE everyone who doesn't think like they do!

They carried out their assassination attempt on Cavanaugh in front of the whole country, shamelessly, boldly, and PROUDLY. People like that are truly dangerous, precisely because they have no sense of justice, and no commitment to ethics, fairness, or human decency toward fellow Americans. Never forget this....

    You’re right about the threat

If it was any other republican than trump I would say the democrats will probably win

But if it werent trump they would have no reason to destroy him because bush or kasich would be no threat to them

I think it will depend on whether Mueller's final report says that Trump was egregiously involved in stealing the election. The real meaning of this last election is that Trump's base is not all-powerful, if it ever was. This tells the Senate that just supporting Trump will not save them if they truly disgust the American electorate

Get it through your head, we're NOT all devoted to Trump like dogs to our master. The fact that you didn't take the popular vote in 2016 should have told you that, and this election should just reinforce it, but the only good thing about you is that reality doesn't bother you much in your actions.
