Just picked up my newest firearm from the local gun store - bought it on line, shipped it for $8, paid $25 for the transfer, plunked down my carry permit to cover the NICS check, and, after a few minutes conversation about the gun - they really liked it - I walked out. There's a lot of precedent saying growing wheat on your own land you're not paid to leave fallow to feed to your own cows and your own family, is unduly effecting INTERSTATE commerce. That doesn't make them correct. Bearing arms. That's not ambiguous it means to carry a weapon ready for use. Its a right.

No.. I ordered the ammo on line. Arrived UPS next day. I walked out of the store with the guns and 3x16rd mags, tho.
