Calm down, progressives - we are still a representative democracy and we need to give it time to see the impacts of this new bill.

If you're unhappy with it, trying not losing 80% of the counties in the country like your she-witch Hillary did ! LOL

I look forward to ten pages of infantile yelling/swearing/complaining from the left.

Really, how great of an accomplishment is this? No one likes to pay taxes. Passing tax cuts pandering to the electorate is about the easiest thing for politicians to do.

What takes courage, in the face of a $20 trillion dollar debt and deficits that once again are exploding, is either passing tax revenue increases or cutting spending. Or both. With the economy in good shape, that's what we should be doing to get the debt down. That takes political courage, and be something worth admiration.

Running up the debt to pander tax cuts mostly benefiting m/billionaires? Big deal.

So much for the prediction that the tax bill would never pass.

Agree with your first paragraph. It’s done, now comes the appraisal part over time.

2nd paragraph is pointless. It only takes 2-3 states to flip and the opposition party is in power.

I like tax cuts. You like tax cuts. Now prove to me when y’all stole my party that you truly are conservative and reduce spending.

Lower rates, more economic activity, more tax revenues. Happens every time. Stop trying to dictate tax policy based on envy and jealousy.

this bill totally favors the rich over the middle class:

doubled the estate tax exemption to $10 million

permanently lowers corporate tax rate to 21%.

    kills the individual deduction.

reduces local/state income tax deduction to $10,000

income tax rate reduction is temporary.

this bill is nothing but a big give away to Trump's and the GOP's wealthy corporate masters and will only hurt the middle class.

Umm. All of your points only negatively affect the rich except the corporate tax rate. That doesnt positively or negatively affect anyone.

Back in the day men would have the stones to do this.

They'd put on their best suit, their schedule a meeting, they'd rehearse a short speech extolling their productive virtues, and they'd negotiate for better pay.

These days, heh, entitled lazy slacker dbags sit around cursing capitalism, cursing their employers, threatening "revolution", spending more time on ****ing facebook than they do on their work, and ranting at the moon about how much they deserve money simply because they want it all the while demanding government force employers to give it to them regardless of their market worthiness.

The debt was $10 trillion eight years ago, when Democrats controlled the WH and both Legislative branches. Where was your courage then, other than having the stupidity to massively increase spending and taxes.

you dont have a clue what you're talking about.

expanding the estate tax deduction to $10 million from $5 million helps the rich.

    2010: Dems lose the Senate
    2012: Dems lose the House
2014: GOP keeps Senate and the House
2016: GOP keeps Senate and the House
