    Sounds like Indiana.

    I have heard a ton of stories like this.

    The only time I ever encounter Indiana is when I drive to Chicago.

    46 Miles of I-94 runs through it.

    Glad to hear the Cop got FIRED.

    I was expecting the psycho to draw his guns and start shooting. Crazy people like to become cops because they can then engage in violent and murderous acts and usually get away with it. The thug cop would have had it made during the Jim Crow era.
