Staying there won't make the problem disappear either.

True. It was political. Supporting an enemy of a NATO member is a political issue. The real problem is that we continue to allow Turkey membership in NATO. Turkey is also an ally and a far more powerful one than the Kurds. I understand both sides of the issue.

If you remember 20 yrs ago, that region could care less about terrorist attacks, that has now been changed, and much of it is due to our presence.

He doesn't have a chance...The dems wouldn’t be stupid enough to go against the popular vote to nominate someone else.

Your right. Either way Sander screws the dems. He cant beat Trump, but if he doesn't get the nod, enough of his supporters will stay home. This is why i really believe that the russians are helping him. If he makes it thru Super Tuesday, the dems are screwed.

Klohbcur and Buttigige are helping Sanders atm if they would drop out the moderates wouldn't be factured and you'd see Biden having a more commanding lead in the Southern states imo

We would have done well to do foreign policy like Switzerland does.

FYI, Germany was sinking USA cargo ships left and right before we entered WW2. Our Army was globally ranked #19. Our advantage and policy were the ocean separations, yet Germany made a mockery of that.

Too late for non intervention by 80 yrs.

I think you're pretty spot on in that assessment. The only caveat would be that I do understand why Buttigige hasn't dropped out, he's got a pretty good showing up to now. But Klobuchar has to see the writing on the wall. I'm surprised Warren hasn't seen that writing yet either

The moderates need to whittle down their numbers so they can mount a challenge to Bernies numbers. Unless they do that soon, Bernie not getting the nom will be seen as another "steeling" of the election and even more of his supporters will stay home in the general
