After a recent bill passed Congress, I got to thinking that Congress has no HR so how does it deal with internal disputes, workplace conflicts, and harassment amongst its members? If a Senator or Representative were to file a complaint against another Senator or Repreisntive where would they go? I guess the Ethics Committee would be involved somehow but it is not really clear.
