    You should never discuss an interview with Jean Hill unless you discuss all the other interviews with Jean Hill.

    Jean Hill is a favorite darling of the conspiracy crowd and is sought after every time someone new comes along with a new spin or theory on the JFK shooting.

    She is coached by these guys to make sure her statements will reflect the latest theory even if it means contradicting her earlier statements. As a result she has given many conflicting and contradictory statements and descriptions about what she saw, heard and did when JFK was shot. For example in one account she reports darting across the street and nearly getting run over by a motorcycle cop. Too bad for her she had to alter that story when it was pointed out that she is seen in the Zapruder film standing still with a shocked ( to be expected ) expression until well after the motorcade passed out of the plaza.

    She made claims that Secret Service Agents detained her and browbeat her into stating she only heard 3 shots. She to forget that in her testimony before Warren she heard more than three shots although she also testified she was confused and could not be certain how many shots she heard. When it was pointed out no Secret Service agents were in Dealey plaza when she claimed to have been detained she corrected herself and said it was FBI or maybe plainclothes cops. Then of course her friend Mary Moorman who was standing next to her in the plaza stated neither of them were ever detained as Hill claims.

    Even her husband who was not there disputes Hill. Her husband has given interviews stating that his wife is an almost compulsive liar and fame seeker. Seems he would know since he lived with the woman for decades. Apparently he cared about her flaws and all. His description also seems accurate when one considers her calling card. For decades after the assassination Jean Hill would give out personal calling cards to new people she met the cards introduced her as " the closest person to president Kennedy at the moment he was killed". There's nothing wrong with that it merely indicates her husband was right. She loves attention and fame. She has tried to milk her fifteen minutes for all it is worth and even lied to keep it going.

    She is yet another witness lacking in any form of credibility but of course a star in the conspiracy camp.

    The conspiracy camp always ignores the vast majority of witnesses who dispute the conspiracy claims and have better credibility. Like the vast majority of witnesses who heard 3 and only 3 shots. They far outnumber the rest who ( like hill ) are uncertain but claimed to have heard more than 3.
    Or the majority of witnesses who heard the shots coming from Oswalds position and no where else. As opposed to the small number ( like hill again ) who heard shots coming from all over the place.

    Here's an interview with Jean Hill that was filmed the afternoon of November 22nd, 1963. Listen carefully to what she says --

    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWl06BLg3Kk]Jean Hill Interview[/ame]

    If she can't even be accurate in her description of where JFK was sitting in relation to herself and Mary Moorman, how can she be believed regarding the number of shots fired?

    "Guess that's the first thing I wanted to do was get those people in Oklahoma told about it."

    Yet the conspracy believers trot Mrs. Hill out as a credible witness... :rolleyes:
