Actually I watch Dutchsinse who is an amateur, and who keeps freaking out the experts by proving that earthquakes can be predicted by knowing the paths that the magma takes. He predicts the approximate magnitude, and considers it a correct hit if his prediction falls within 200 miles of it. He has about a 98% accuracy. He did say the N. Aegean should watch out for an earthquake of the magnitude that hit Albania, and it did fall within that 200 mile range - so I'm sure it wasn't Iran. I had a hard time finding Dutchsinse because they keep cutting him off youtube, but I found him on Twitch. This doesn't mean that earthquakes can't be caused, because Nikola Tesla had a gadget and said that with it he can split the earth. They thought he was crazy, until the large earthquake hit in Chili and they realized that it was possible.
