Well said, by jack4freedom. While I don't think that Iran with a nuclear weapon is a "good thing", a far worse thing would be to bomb them preemptively. If the the decline of Western civilization is in the cards, so be it. Don't go out with an unnecessary bang for the sake of sticking it to Iran.

 

Just prove this canard with evidentiary documentation... You will not because, simply
(a) you have no proof,
(b) What motivates you is hateful hearsay's,
(c) Only those that are not well read bring forth these childish insinuations...

Your assumption is that Iran is as brutal and negligent of human life as the USA was in 1945. Is that a good assumption? Maybe. I'm not here to contradict but simply to question the thought.

Holy cow. You believe that Iran is going to build a nuclear weapon and:

A. put it on a IBM and aim it for the USA
B. Put it on a merchant ship
C. Bring it across the southern border

Are you being serious? Sounds an awful lot like Sadaam and Iraq don't you think?

PS...why do you believe the entirety of the middle east hates the US and its allies?

 

That video is ridiculous. There is an ocean of difference between supporting and encouraging terrorism in organizations you want influence and shadowy power from and resorting to EASILY TRACEABLE weapons of mass destruction. Iran is NEVER going to have a large enough nuclear arsenal (say, as big as Israel's) that will ensure that any first strike or case of nuclear terrorism wouldn't result in Iran's complete radioactive destruction. At heart the Iranians know that and they are NOT going to be so foolish, especially if the consequences are clearly spelled out for them.

My question for HBendor is why Israel is neglecting its own security by continuing to effectively deny they have any nuclear weapons, to the extent of shoving that poor scientist in prison for decades for the crime of going public on something everyone knew anyway. Israel should say that they would turn Iran into a radioactive parking lot if any such WMD outrage occurred, and the USA should say that if Israel failed to finish the job the USA would complete it.

So why is Israel failing to deal with Iran by invoking such a doctrine, HBendor? Is Israel not willing to defend itself anymore?

Iran is not even a threat to their neighbours, this country did not attack any neighbour in in the last 200 years.
In fact, Iran was looted by the West during and after WWII.

Why on earth should Iran be a threat to the western civilizations?
