LOL, sounds like what the hippies were saying in the 70s and 80s.

Hello, Iriemon, my dear old friend and fellow-hater of the current U. S. Tax Code. It is indeed good to see you again! 8)

Man, the world has changed! Can you believe that things would ever get this bad with North Korea and Iran? I don't know how in the world anybody can ever 'unpack' this mess now.... And Trump has actually backed-down, choosing to try to 'bend North Korea to his will' using nothing but sanctions? It's almost funny -- except that it's so irresponsibly dangerous.

Regarding 'sanctions', per se, I give you in evidence -- Russia. Ex-prez Obama troweled sanctions on Russia, one by one. Did any of them cause Putin to abandon the ethnic Russians of Eastern Ukraine, or to give up one square inch of Crimea? I do thank Donald Trump for putting Neil Gorsuch on the Supreme Court, but this 'sanctions' nonsense with NK will achieve nothing for the security and safety of ourselves or our allies.

    Hey Pollycy,

I'm just not as freaked out as some are regarding NK or Iran and nukes. They know that if they used their nukes it would mean total annihilation of their lives and country. I think there is far more to be loss provoking an unnecessary war, if we haven't learned the lesson from the last time we did it in Iraq.

And I would agree with you in principle were it not for the fact that, unlike that situation in Iraq, which Idiot "W" Bush learned about the hard way, North Korea is in possession of thermonuclear hydrogen bombs and ICBM's which could put them right in your back yard, or mine, very soon....

And, next, the psychotic, 'religious' Islamic priesthood that rules Iran will have them, too. It turns my blood to ice to even think about it....
