Obama paid a ransom to Iran to get back hostages. What a disgrace to this country and his followers who ignore such atrocities should be ashamed of themselves and their behavior.
$400 million for hostages and a total of $1.3 billion to them so they could fund terrorism and continue to enrich uranium for nuclear weapons. “We do not pay ransom. We didn’t here, and we won’t in the future.” Barack Obama might like to have that one back this morning, to stick a pin in the moving finger that writes. But the finger done writ, and it won’t come back to cancel a single line of the president’s fatuous fib that the United States didn’t pay $400 million to ransom four hostages taken by the president’s friends in Tehran. Perhaps the president can take some solace, thin as it is, in the fact that nobody believed him, anyway. The lie fell apart Thursday when The Wall Street Journal reported that the money was withheld until the hostages were actually free, and provided details of how the swap took place. Rarely has a president been caught in such a big and brazen lie.
I believe you are confused with Iran-contra in which "Saint" Reagan and Pappy Bush sold arms to Iran and used the money to kill Nicaraguans.
No confusion. I can tell real men apart from those that don't respect their country or the military. Reagan was a man like that and so were all those that served with honor. Too bad you'll never understand that.

So you knew Obama paid a ransom and lied about it? It's pretty pathetic when you admit a lie then try to cover it up with money they were "owed". Hostages would not be released until that money was paid, in cash. It's called ransom.

He didn't deny the Holocaust, he believes the numbers are exaggerated and that the Jews from Europe have no moral right to Middle Eastern lands. Do a little research on the number '6 million' and why it was an important numbers to Jews before the Holocaust. Secondly, if the elections are fair (which I know they may not be), that is the will of the Iranian people. Three, as long as Israel exists, I have no issues with a counter balance in that region. Israel is a racist, apartheid state. If you support Israel, there is no moral ground upon which to criticize Iran.
