Is Donald Trump any different from any other president before him?

You don't have to be a politician or hold political office to be a political insider. Most of his deals have depended very heavily on his knowledge of politics, the politicians he knows and his ability to manipulate them to work well. His books make that very clear.

 

As a millionaire property developer how could he NOT have to deal with politicians? But he's the outsider compared to all his opponents.

 

Harry Truman and Jimmy Carter were the only other presidents we've had since World War II who had experience as business owners and business people. Both were Democrat presidents, and neither was a billionaire, although Carter was (and is) a millionaire peanut farmer.

Today we have a billionaire president, and the strongest contender that the Democrats come up with is likely to be an über-billionaire -- Michael Bloomberg.

 

He is a Pro American President with his own belief and ways how to manage the nation, but political pressure and challenges sometimes sway him to use his own ways again in dealing which become quite odd and even others could distinguish as dirty.
