Conservative polititians. The good moral nature of military leaders who would join forces against the government.

A better question is knowing that gun laws don't make us safer, why to you want to steal guns from law biding abiding citizens, oh wait you want to take their money too.
Ohh you want their right to free speech and freedom of religion too.

Wait, I thought you said the citizens had to be able to defeat the armed forces. Now you’re saying guys like Mitch McConnel will actually join in the fight...you talk pretty confused . Most people think the military leaders were part of the government. Thanks for correcting us all.
Are these the same good military leaders, all of whom beleive in AGW ?

Because in the whole scope of what "ARMS" are, firearms lead the pack.

The definition of arms was the same then when the 2A was written and is the same now.

    You know that as well.

    You're just being disingenuous.

I'm sure others have told you that you have a tendency to be disingenuous as well.
    noun

    https://tenthamendmentcenter.com/2016/06/30/what-does-the-word-arms-mean-in-the-2nd-amendment/

And "arms" in regards to the 2A doesn't mean the two limbs that most people have starting at their shoulder and ending at their hands, just in case you wanted to make that stupid argument.

Feel free to listen once in a while.
I said the people have the right to keep and bear arms and that the purpose of that right is to ensure the security of a free state. That includes going to war against the government if they endanger the free state.
With liberals having disappeared and leftists having taken their place the danger of such a confrontation grows steadily.
The first line of defense in that is conservative law makers.
Should some bastard leftists say abolish the 2nd ammendment as some are saying we should that would be grounds for civil war.
In such an event i expect every member ofvthe military and law enforcement to side with the constitution and at least refuse to enforce such a repeal. And at best actually show up at congress armed and arrest the traitors there.
Anyone for more gun laws is anti constitution and therefore unfit for public service.

I don't know what the hell AGW is.

    Go ahead and try.

Theres too many gun banning progressives and democrats that conceal handguns. Thats why, despite handguns representing the vast bulk of firearms used in violence, bans always target rifles instead. Handgun bans are DOA because even the left doesnt want them. They just wanna ban the guns they dont use.

    So good luck.

Wow, that must mean the right to “bare” arms is not absolute.
Any set of “guns,” for anyone in any place.

That was enough for a good laugh, especial the part about not knowing what AGW is. How can you trust military leaders when they believe in man made climate change.

So you think civilians can successfully wage war vs the United States military ? Delusional.

What a line of incompetence. If it’s unconstitutional for anymore gun laws, the ones we have now must be unconstitutional. So gunaholics must beleive in no gun laws.
So gunaholics have to beleive in open markets for guns of any type, anywhere, to anyone.

You’re saying that everyone who is rich is competent, and everyone who is poor, is not. So, everyone who went through bankruptcy for a medical emergency, deserves to suffer and die because they are just too poor and incompetent and shouldn’t be messing up our precious Arian Genes. Sounds like making the poor, regardless of how they got there, including the elderly, should just have all social services taken away. Let’s hope an 83 yearold cancer patient can pick cotton again in your world, just to pay for his chemo.

But, the rich can now get free healthcare because they pay most of the taxes. Do I have your sentiments correct ? Are the poor still hoarding all the money ?

Gun laws don’t make us safer. So no gun laws would make us safer or would have no effect.
There are no studies by thinking humanoids that can make fire, that agree with these statements.

They have the constitutional obligation to try should our government turn tyrannical. And they have the constitutional right ro prepare for such an event however they see fit.

Again feel free to listen in such an event i fully expect the police and military to side against the government as is their obligation.

Again you cannot attack the bill of rights and uphold the constitution. Therefore anyone who wants more gun laws by definition cannot honestly swear to uphold the constitution and should be barred from serving in government.

I'll take a gunaholic over a tyranaholic every day.

Gun laws are anti science. And anti commonsense.
They are nothing more than socialist wet dreams.

Why is it that you and others of your ilk envision a set piece Civil War? Or, assume those in the military, often under heavy criticism by the left, or the police who the left often promotes violence against, will side with the left?
In Ireland, a few hundred actives continued a resistance for decades against one of the most powerful armies in the world with a handful of weapons, much less a group like US gun owners that own more firearms that all the world’s armies and LE combined.
No one in their right mind, certainly not gun owners, hopes for a civil war. But, if it came to pass, the left would be defeated by an enemy hidden in plain sight. After, the defeat? A reinstatement of the Constitution and its protections would likely result. The only chance the left has is to disarm their opposition...hmmm, think that will happen? I don’t.

Then find a court in the united states that has actually ruled as such, and present their opinion for all to see.

What is the practical difference, between a city and a state, that determines the effectiveness of firearm-related restrictions?

Seriously again. You’re too lazy to research or unaware of the difference between the number of indictments between gop and Dem administrations ?

Seriously, you don’t know the difference between state laws and city ordinances. Next, you’ll be saying you don’t know the difference between federal, state and city regulations, laws and ordinances. I thought you were a self professed legal expert.
It’s time to stop spoon feeding the children.

A true and appropriate synergy as it applies also to the nra and firearm laws.
