Is it possible for a person to receive help rather than criticism when asking for help? Or are circumstances greater than possibilities? Given that more than not believe many places to be more secular than religious, could a religious person receive true religious help within a secular place? Ancient Rome, even during the times of Jesus, I believe, was not 'secular' but definitely not Christian either.
I need help in finding a place/ finding the demographics of the place/ finding the way to that place/ finding how to live in that place, etc.. finding how to survive in that place...
Sure. The details depend a bit on what kind of help you're looking for. If you're looking for religious help, you can most likely find a church or temple or whatnot even in places which are mostly secular (I assume by places you mean cities/towns/etc. rather than shops/similar). If you're specifically looking for places to live and navigating a city, the internet will serve you well. How to live in a place depends a bit on what you're trying to do. If you've moved to pursue a career or university, then your job/university will likely serve you well.
