No information on the chart iteslf where this is from or where the information came from to generated that chart.

And in 1930, about 2% of whites did crime and 15% blacks did crime. That's 7X higher.
In 2008, whites did 28.6% and blacks did 72.3%, 72.3 / 28.6 = 2.53X higher. So, did whites have more fatherless families in 2008 than in 1930? They must have according to your belief.

And illegitimate births went up proportionately in every demographic group.
