Let me guess, you don't believe that anyone else is telling the truth except for the sources that agree with your previously held positions and that is why you can't be bothered to actually back up your own ****ing ****?

It's hard to ignore the juxtaposition between a salon owner being arrested and sent to jail, and hordes of rioters and looters being allowed to do as they please on our city streets.

No, it's not time. Coronovirus is not only still here but is likely going to have a resurgence nationwide as all kinds of folks are foolishly gathering in groups for protests as well as many states reopening their businesses and recreational activities.

Look, your side has a colorful history of fear mongering and deception.

    Russian Collusion
Miami will be underwater by 2000 (Al Gore)
Hillary Clinton obtains Presidential Debate questions BEFORE the debate and prepares answers ahead of time
Brenda Snipes, Broward country 9Democrat) elections supervisor illegally destroys thousands of documents that could have proven election fraud
Obama administration weaponizes IRS against political foes
Obama Secretary of State set up illegal email server to handle US business, then destroyed the hard drives. No charges were ever filed despite glaring legal implications.
Fast and Furious - Democrats gave military weapons to mexicos most dangerous drug cartels
Global warming - Persistent fear mongering at it's best. China is world's largest polluter. Nothing from the Left with regards to China
Sanctuary cities - Democrats hide and protect dangerous immigrants here illegally
The full list would require thousands of pages.......

Don't you dare lecture me on TRUTH

You are looking at very early preliminary numbers. The actual number that the CDC published wasn't 80,000. It was ~61,000. Notice how I am able to link to my numbers from the CDC itself (below) and you aren't able to do the same?

    https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/index.html

Please, please read. You are wrong.

I presented you with an analysis in JAMA and you got it 100% wrong.

Looks like you do that a lot.

One second you want to use the CDC as a source and the next you run away when someone else does so. How do you reconcile that?

    Also, Google isn't a source. It isn't a publisher.

He literally just linked you to the CDC. You see, when we say that the CDC says something, we are able to link to the CDC. You aren't able to do the same. That's part of how we know that we are correct about what the CDC says and that you are incorrect.

You realize that rioters and looters are also being arrested and tear gassed or baton'd and shot with rubber bullets, right?

You do love old, sad BS.

    This is about the science.

“The physics and chemistry that we’ve known about for over 200 years is bearing out,” Thompson says. “We’ve learned so much in the last 10 years, but the fact that the unprecedented climate change of the last 40 years is being driven by increased CO2 hasn’t changed.”

The oceans sucked down more heat than expected. But that is changing, as glacier melt accelerates, and permafrost stops being perma or frost (releasing massive amounts of carbon when it burns).

The question in my mind is whether you have anything but BS.

One would hope so, and one would also hope that the same is not done to everyday Americans just trying to run their own business.

When those "everyday Americans" try to "run their own business" by violating the law, then they should be arrested and restricted.

Since when did running one's own business, the right to assemble, or freedom of religion become violations of the law?

When a law denies us of our constitutional freedoms, then the law itself becomes the violation.

    Fake News:

2010 to 2019 the Flu fatality rate was most often in the 30,000's. The Wuhan Virus has killed 109,140 as of now.

With a completed case fatality rate of 11% and 3,014,442 active cases, even if that fatality rate falls by half, there will still be another ~165,000 deaths. 270,000 dead is hardly the "same number" as the flu. You tell me when we have ever had a disease kill that many Americans in a single year.

FAKE NEWS MEDIA COVERAGE WAS ATROCIOUS: Survey: COVID-19 pandemic spurring mental health crisis. The Fake News media contribute to a lot of mental health problems all the time. They’re the tobacco industry of the mind.

None of those rights are limitless and all can be curtailed in dire circumstances like the one created by a global pandemic which is killing tens of thousands of Americans each week.

I don't understand your post. On the one hand, you correctly note that this virus is absolutely more lethal than the seasonal flu and then, on the other hand, you rage against the news media for "spurring a mental health crisis" because they...what? The overwhelming majority of the media reported the exact same bit of detail that you just laid out.

Just throwing a couple things out for discussion. First, has anyone found actual cdc sourced counts of flu deaths for 2019-2020 season or just 2020 calendar year to date? Not estimates based on counts or 7 year averages, raw data.

Second, the flu/C19 debate plot thickens if you consider the Hong Kong flu killed 100,000 in the US during the height of that pandemic. Remember the US population was 30% lower then than now. I can’t find where anyone has tried to assign numbers of deaths since the height of the pandemic, but the Hong Kong virus is still one of the Influenza A viruses common today and still kills yearly.

Something to think about when trying to figure out what to fear most. Especially if we never develop a vaccine and SARS-CoV-2 were to mutate significantly in the future (unlikely based on viral type).

The constitution is not subject to the whims of tyrants, radicals, and fear mongers. In fact, it was specifically created to protect us from such people.

If you can tolerate thousands of radicals in close quarters looting and rioting on the streets for a week or more, then you should be able to tolerate thousands of just regular folks going to church and running their small businesses at their own discretion.

You do realize more have recovered than died from this virus in the US alone, right?

This is such common sense. I like to remind people that more have recovered in the US from COVID than died. And it is indeed factual. I'm sick of the people who are triggered that not everyone is in this trance of wearing a mask or staying six feet away. This isn't nearly as bad of a "life or death" situation as it is being presented. This person has a point. If you can't walk into a dentists office as usual, it isn't reopening. It's equally as idiotic as requiring people to walk into restaurants with masks. People can't eat or drink with masks on.

These so called officials could benefit to look at the 2002-2003 SARS outbreak for an idea as to kill the virus. This virus isn't anything new. It's new to the US, but its not a new virus. The CDC is not showing people they know how to do their jobs that well right now.

~ I never panicked. I was suspicious right from the start - so were those I know. The whole scenario was a bungled mess from the beginning. Nobody could tell exactly what was happening or what to do - but the "experts" pretended that they did ! Trump was wise to step back ( a miracle ) and let the scientists steer the ship - for the most part. He disobeyed and closed off travel from China and Europe. He also looked into the most readily available treatment - an inexpensive older drug. Turns out the crazy bastard was correct !
The USA should never have panicked - but the old dependable and never trustworthy "news" media made certain to scare the **** out of some of us with exaggerated forecast of death , suffering, disease and people drinking bleach in desperation.

I do hope this latest experience will at least make some folks become more skeptical in the future .''
