Is Russia now rounding up Ukranians and transporting them as slaves to Russia??

    I have been reading reports that Russia has been rounding up captured Ukrainians and moving them en masse to Russia. Is their purpose to indenture these people as slaves in Russia???

    The powers that be don't want to attract too much attention to the atrocities occurring, or they will be forced to act. They want just enough involvement to justify massive increases in defense spending, without the massive destruction that all out war will cause. Corrupt to the core, all around.

    Unfortunately fifty percent of our military spending is on useless junk like our latest aircraft carrier, pure rubbish from day one.

    This would not surprise me; someone (I don't remember who) posted a thread in this forum citing 10 reasons Russia/Putin attacked Ukraine. Slavery/white repopulation was one of them. It's was based on a YouTube videographer.

    They certainly aren't rounding them up and transporting them to Russia out of the kindness of Putin's heart or the goodness of his soul.

    Some 400,000 so far from what I’ve seen. Russia is likely bringing back the Siberian gulags to get slave labor from them while indoctrinating them.??

    Russia needs more people way more than we do as their population is declining even more than ours due to very low birth rate.

    Russia is also killing innocent people. We cannot be surprised by any evil action taken by Russia. This latest invasion will not end well for Russia. Bad things eventually happen to bad people.

    Gosh, there is so much misinformation about this invasion it makes my head spin. Doesn't anyone want to know the truth? Doesn't anyone want to fix the problems between Russia and Ukraine, for example?:roll:

    They certainly aren't moving them to Rusia just because they want to clothe and feed them, there DEFINITELY IS AN ULTERIOR MOTIVE.

    This is pure propaganda to paint one side as pure evil and the other side as angels. Is it possible that Russia is holding a lot of civilians a political prisoners because they don't know who would join the resistance? Absolutely. They will hold some of them without trial possibly for years in their version of Gitmo. But to capture them as slaves is ridiculous. The Russian economy is beyond slavery. It takes more to feed someoone than they can produce as slave labor. Plus, Russia never dehumanized the Ukrainian civilian population so any action close to it would not be accepted and would be leaked.

    That means it's fake. If there is any potential for it to be true Biden would have already broadcasted it as truth, such as chemical attacks.

    Lil mike,On March 19 both the Right wing NY POST and the HILL reported that Russia had transported thousands of captured Mariupol Ukranian citizens forcibly to locations in Russia's interior.

    To their questioning centers, yes. To assess their threat to Russia. Some would be sent to Russian version of Gitmo if the Russian government can't be sure they are not threats. Others would be in refugee camps because they're not threats but can't be placed in Russian cities or inconvenient to send back to Ukraine. They are not taken as slaves.

    It doesn't matter if I'm Russian.
    There are organizations that track potential slavery. Given that being anti-Russia is the center of current US foreign policy, if there is any potential that civilians are taken as slaves you'd hear about it directly from Psaki, not an obscured paid site.
