Is the Holy Bible the timeline for mankind's existence?

No. It is a story book intended to teach moral lessons. There is no science at all involved in it.

It's not a "timeline" in the way that we measure time. Look, if you're an observant Christian, you see the very real possibility that the whole universe is many billions of years "old". I can't even clearly conceive of what 10,000 earth-years would be like, and that takes us all the way back to the beginning of human history. How does anyone think that he clearly and directly understands the mind of God?

True. Christians accept our own,Muslims their own, Jews their own *** and Mormons their own. We all believe our’s is right.

The Christians and Jews share the Old Testament to a significant degree, Muslims take the pick and choose approach. Mormons! Well they believe that an ET brought them their bible and that Jesus lives on a planet somewhere not here.

No, it appears to only be the time line for the group of people that would be called Hebrew. And their religions Jewish.
Humans have been around for 10,000s of thousands of years.
The Hebrew people only for about 6000 yrs.

I looked in a Bible and it had a fold out timeline in the back.
It went back to the flood and the part before that was water damaged and barely readable.

I read your post number 353 where you appear to be challenging me. You didn't say anything, so what did you say that I was supposed to be responding to? If you are saying something to me, then say something to me, please, because otherwise you appear to be completely unclear and I'm not a mind reader.

An accurate timeline and rendition? Of course not.
