So they are American or paid for by America. Now Prior to Chavez being elected your friends or similar had an absolutely fantastic life. They will have had beautiful houses and servants to do anything they wanted while the non white people starved, lost their children, were basically slaves. The US supported the killing of these people when they went on strike to try and get enough money to feed their children. Did you know Mexico was on strike. It may happen again...or maybe the workers of the US, Canada and Mexico will support each other.

Juan Guaido is a member of the extreme right. For that reason I am not surprised that you and some of your friends like him. He was 'Made in the US'. You want him to give Venezuela's resources to the US and send its people back to abject poverty. You have forgotten they have had an education this past 20 years. You have forgotten they have learnt they have rights.

You want civil war in Venezuela so that the country is destroyed. If you didn't you would not be supporting what your country is coming out with.

Maduro has limited popularity due to the economic strangulation the country has been under both from the reduction in oil prices and US sanctions. Even with that he is more popular than this extremist you are promoting, someone who went on marches where there was extreme violence,. including his 'opposition' firing with guns and burning black people alive.

No one does what Juan Guido does unless they are being paid big. Wants a foreign military to destroy his country. Someone was talking about this depravity and said he may well lose his own. There is no way he can know things will not work out like that. Maybe he will or maybe he has them safe in his own country, the USA.

I have never heard you discuss anything and this is no exception. Your hearsay from some people who may or may not exist means nothing except if there position is as you say then I have told you why.

Until now US sanctions (and European I would presume) were designed NOT to hit the
suffering poor but the narcos, Communists and terrorists in the Maduro Govt.. Not all the

Aiming for a specific individual is a tactic of the Left - it dodges the broader issues. I noticed
that with the Vietnam War - people who were expert in such and such a figure, yet the full

Tell your Venezuelan friends to visit my country of former yugoslavia broken up in 6 republics and god knows how many breakaway provinces. We got US freedom handed to us, today 20 years later all our educated people went to the west, our main exports are ISIS soldiers, toilet cleaners and cheap labour workers. Our main export is cotton, electrical insulators, tobacco and other cheap products. Before our freedom we made cars, airplanes, factories etc. Today we cant paint the buildings that Tito built.

I'm not praising socialism but all of above is truth.

The sanctions are hitting those who need dialysis to stay alive, including children, as well as other medications. Thankfully Russia is supplying them. Then again who knows what else Russia is supplying them with. The Kremlin's been very quiet lately, but that's their way. No threats, just actions.

 

I'm sure 'Mo-Russ-ah' has the Purest O' intentions!... .

 

Trade and commerce is not thievery. If it was all buying and selling would stop. Right now the oil from Venezuela is being refined in the US, and they have been our largest supplier - so that's not the problem. The problems are the gentlemen in Miami that want their wealth and power restored. Also Washington is freaked that China is heavily invested in Venezuela, and Russia was going to build a base there to protect Venezuela from invasion.

Anyway, Venezuela needs investments thanks to the US and its sanctions, and China's willing to give it. You can go battle it out with China, and while you're at it you can battle it out with Russia as well.

in the Soviet Union and Soviet bloc, these states did well without banking & financing (for example CCCP had only one bank) with no taxes either, healthcare & education for no charge, low-priced housing & public transport, with no crises or prices rising, and their economic system being clear and transparent - you get as much as you produce, that's all.

 

How 'porous' were their borders, how 'fluid' were their entitlements, how beneficent were they with (any) / global bailouts, how enshrined were the rudiments of individual freedoms ... etc. etc. etc. etc. ....

i don't believe that your mom could be such a liar... i tell you CCCP had no taxes, let alone large ones; this never gets mentioned in the Western media for obvious reasons.

It had at least 10% income tax. Then it had childless tax.
Then, considering that the USSR controlled everything (including salaries), and the fact that childless surgeons would live in a small apartment with their parents (as evidenced by movie С Легким Паром), which in comparison to surgeons in the US is just outrageous, one can estimate that a real true income tax could go over 90% in the USSR.
