Everything the U.S. does produces more terrorists anyway.

We pull out, they think we're weak and that encourages more terrorism.
We stay and they use our presence in an Arab state to promote more terrorism.
We fart and turn around three times and they use it as an excuse for more terrorism.

No, ISIS is a Bush legacy. Bush invaded and destabilized Iraq, which allowed Al Qaeda to establish a foothold there. Al Qaeda in Iraq later changed their name to ISIS. That Obama failed to clean up Bush's epic mess does not mean Obama is responsible for ISIS.

That said, Obama is definitely responsible for arming, training, and financing Al Qaeda in Syria, though I suspect Obama was somewhat clueless as to what his CIA and State Department were doing most of the time.

BHO and HRC were trying to pick up Bush's pieces, then Trump threw them all up in the air again.

Any fool can see that the U.S. does no good in the middle east and protects nothing. We should have Israel as any ally and let the rest of them fight with each other as they please. I think the problem is that Trump sees that. He announces something aimed at supporting that and gets negative feedback. He has no tolerance for negative feedback so he hedges. The decision was the right one. The waffling was just Trump's thin skin.

I am not sure why you say "nonsense" given that your post says exactly what I have been saying ? So then - Sans "what nonsense is this" your post is 100% correct ... you can also include Hillary with Obama and McCain.
