I read what he said. He said that Saudi Arabia does not politicize the sale of oil. The discounting of oil was not to bankrupt Russia, Iran or ISIS as you said. He also that they weren't trying to run the sand oil out of business. It was just a business move. Now, if you have another source post it, or admit you are wrong.
