You are welcome to your opinion that the founding principles are a joke. I just don't share it. Only an idiot does not realize that immigration officials ask all kinds of questions- questions that can not be verified - questions to which the respondent can lie. This does not mean they don't ask them.

Further - one of purposes of the immigration process is about education - not just immigrants though - but of US citizens in general.

Unfortunately - through 12 years of school - we fail to educate kids on the principles on which this nation was founded - so don't feel to bad that you don't know them.

What is unfortunate is that you actually agree that people holding such beliefs should be allowed into the nation and that we should do nothing to try to prevent such people entering. . Since you can't bear to admit this, you have try to avoid this fact by focusing on something completely unrelated to the central question - by complaining that people will lie.

Belief questions are rediculous. All questions are functional. They aren’ t, “Do you believe in sharia law ? “ They’re questions that can be checked. Seriously, have ever been in and out if the country ?
General plans, Occupation, trip time length, anything to declare etc...
All functional questions they can checked later and get you in trouble if you lie. How will they check, “do you believe in sharia law.” It’s uncinstitutional. Unbelievably naive. Anything else is a dillusional you have. Can’t believe we are actually having this discussion. With your logic, why not ask, “/are you a terrorist . ? “

Why do I need to say anything about it. I'm just posting links to facts of Islam. You can read or not read. You can choose to understand what it says or you can continue on with posting your opinions.

    Facts vs opinions.

Question 1: Divine Will and Human Will
Question: What is the relationship between Divine will and human will?

    Short Answer
The human being is a contingent existent who derives his existence and existential qualities from Allah (awj). Allah (awj) has, by His generative will (irada takwini), created him as a volitional creature and has thus distinguished him from all other creatures. Hence, the human being is the highest being addressed by Allah’s (awj) legislative will (irada tashri’i) and as such, has been given permission to choose between obedience and disobedience, to determine his way of life, and to mould his own fate.
    https://www.al-islam.org/faith-and-...tehrani/question-1-divine-will-and-human-will

I am sure you can explain many things, but from past post history, it's likely to be made up and won't include any link.

It is clear you can't address the issues at hand and must resort to making ad hom attacks.
    I accept your concession.

It’s not only possible, but is so likely for belief questions and belief questions can’t be checked ; it makes the question totally unusable. As far as constitutional test quests, a good part of the American population can’t answer them. So your morality test is useless. Unless you’re a mind reader....

This whole thing is typical Islamic jibberish.

    Devine will has Characteristics
What is "addressed by Allah’s (awj) legislative will"

what are the Characteristics of allahs devine will.
What does he derive from Allah.
They are different than Christian or Judism.

this is a bullsh-t answer that says nothing but will suffice for the indoctrinated Muslim.

    Allah has Characteristics.
    Muhammed has Characteristics

    This answers nothing.
What is devine will, we know it is different from human will,
but what is Allahs devine will.
    Not Gods devine will.
    Not Thors devine will.
    not Zeus's devine will.
    What is Allahs devine will.

    And cut the bullsh-t.

    This is the original question

    dairyair said:
Islam is an Arabic word which means "surrender, submission, commitment and peace." Thus, Islam can be defined as a path to attain complete peace through voluntary submission to the divine will.
    https://uri.org/kids/world-religions/muslim-beliefs
    oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
You are talking nonsense. What is the divine will.
You need to establish that first.

are you going to answer that.

    You made the claim.

    Narrated Ibn ‘Umar:
Allah's Apostle said: "I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against the people
until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah

Do you think Allah telling people to rob and kill others is ''''Devine will"
The Christian God doesn't want you to do that.

What is naive is you comparing going in and out of the country to immigrating into the country. What is also laughable is your insistence that questions should not be asked on the basis that "someone might lie".

Then you delve into the hyperbolic by suggesting we ask "are you a terrorist" while completely ignoring the educational component.

What is sad though - is your strong desire to apologize for those who hate the principles on which this nation was founded.

Yes, a site that is about the history of Islam is gibberish. LOL.

Meanwhile, you make opinion after opinion and never offer up anything, but your opinion.

Allah is arabic for God. God is English for YWHW. Allah and Yaweh, notice how close the arabic and hebrew words are to each other. Each being the god of abraham. The same god.

    Bullsh-t.
You have not answered the first one

    what is Allahs Devine will.

    Next.

    Ilih is Arabic for God.
    Allah is God's name.

You don't know anything about this.
why are you even discussing it.

And cut the bullsh-t about them being the same god.

    • the Muslims will tell you it is the same. He just changed his mind and now he wants to kill all the Christians and Jews.
    • The Christians and Jews don't like this idea.

It is clear you know nothing of the subject. Or the religions. I doubt you know anything about Abraham or the religions spawned from his name.

If you should ever become educated on the subject you keep starting threads about, maybe a debate can continue. Else I'm just feeding the trolls.

You did not give any information about devine will.
There are thousands of gods and their devine will is different.

    what is allahs devine will.

and there is nothing in your post that explain s allahs devine will.
    ISIS is Allah's devine will

How about raping non muslim girls.
Is that part of Allahs devine will.

You have no chance in this.
You haven't the slightest idea what Islam is all about.

Hell, you don't even know what to post from a muslim site.

You twirling around crying " its useless ... its all useless" does not make it so. The fact of the matter is that immigration officials ask questions - to which people could lie and there is no way of checking - all the time.

The fact that US citizens can not answer basic questions with respect to the founding principles ( which you are already confusing with the Constitution) is a unfortunate fact. That does not mean we can not educate citizens coming into this nation.

What is nonsense is your claim that we should do nothing to at least attempt to prevent Islamist's - and others haters of individual liberty - from entering this nation. What is also nonsense is your claim that are no ways to discern. Sure we may not catch all of them - but we would catch some.

Your "Well some might lie" is not reason to not try. That we might not catch all of them is not reason not to try to catch some of them.

Some Saudi Arabian woman showing up in a Niqab with her husband. The agent asks the husband
"Why does your wife wear the Niqab" ? Say he answers " because it is the Law in SA"

next question - and you agree with this law because part of Islamic law ? If Yes - interview done. If NO - how is he going to answer ? "Its a modesty thing" -

"so it is your wife's choice or yours" Answer (Both) "So you agree that she should wear the Niqab" (Yes). This is because of religious teaching is it not ? (Yes) - interview done. If "No" - so if this is a modesty thing - why do you not wear the Niqab ? (a near impossible question - no idea how to answer this and neither would he) ..

This is then followed by -if your wife is being immodest by going around with her face uncovered - is the same not true for you ?

and so on - and on. Its called "Lack of respect for individual liberty" .. and it is not that difficult to prove - at least in some circumstances.

Then when you interview the wife - the story better match - supposing the hubby made it through.

    No, thatś Yazids

ISIS is very much like the Westboro Baptists to most muslims.

We all have our religions, as Michael O¨Donoghue said, we don´t go to Church on Sunday and most muslims don´t go to Mosque on Friday

Let’s stay off our the religious kick. It’s irrelevant. It’s a tool to keep the masses in line. Middle East problems are around oil and political power.

They needed to keep their heads,

Mostly Zoroastrianism lives on in its indirect influences. Any moral element in Judaism sources from Zoroastrianism. Scholars have found that the Sermon of the Mount came from materials preached by Zoroastrian Preachers and Monks – the Sufis. The Sufi Religious Orders are survivals from Zoroastrianism. Now, most Sufis will say they are Muslim, but this is only because they mostly live in Islamic Regions and we all know how that goes. When you live in Muslimville you say you are Muslim or you die. Also, when we look at the Muslim History of persecuting the Sufi Religious Orders we can see that while the Sufis might say they are Muslim, the Muslims themselves rather deny it from their own side of the equation – a Sufi will insist he himself is a Muslim, but a Muslim will say that a Sufi is, well, a Sufi. Besides, History shows us that the Sufi Religious Orders predate Mohamed. If they were around before Islam, then they’re not Islamic, are they?

Now you are talking sense. 100% it is about economic interest and political power. Our foreign policy is based on economic interest - not on the various platitudes fed to us by the MSM. Part of political power is keeping the raging masses stupid and hyped up on fear.

Individual liberty is being eroded and the safeguards protecting us against tyranny/totalitarianism removed. It is now our "Patriotic Duty" to get on our knees, cower in corners in fear, and trade our essential liberty for security - over a risk of harm that is 400 times less than the risk of harm from walking.

The question is "how did this happen". Part answer is 1) that masses have no clue what the founding principles are - another part is that there is no fair and free mainstream media - and that the MSM is a propaganda arm of the Establishment - which is related to (1).

I agree that the religion of the person is not relevant - and have stated this from the beginning. What is relevant is educating people on what the founding principles are.. teaching them what respect for individual liberty is about .. what "consent of the Governed is about" - what limitations to Gov't power is about.

That that individual liberty is "Above" the legitimate authority of Gov't = Govt is not supposed to be able to make any law - of its own volition - that messes with essential liberty. That Gov't is supposed to have "consent" from "we the people" to make such law -and not just 50+ 1 or on the basis of "Simple Majority Mandate - that some elected official has some mandate on the basis of being elected" - on the basis of an overwhelming majority consent - at least 2/3rds.

This not about Islam of Christianity or even Utilitarianism in general. This is about the fight against tyranny - and the age old cycle of history that is once again coming around.

This is not about "immigration'. This is about education. The thing that those wanting to oppress others fear most is knowledge "Special knowledge if you will".

it is not an accident that through 12 years kids are not taught the founding principles. It is not an accident that the MSM does not use proper terms to describe religious extremism. We had this angst against the term "radical Islam" - angst which is 100% justified as not all Muslim are radicals. We had people going out and attacking Sikhs - who wear Turbins - a religion that has as nothing to do with Islam. Why ? because the MSM refuses to educate people. They are interested in fear and division.

The proper term is "Islamist" as this does not target all Muslims ... followed by a description of what this evil ideology is. An ideology that has no respect for individual liberty - followed by a discussion of how some on the religious right also have no respect for individual liberty - followed by a discussion of the main evil plaguing this nation -with respect to individual liberty .. an evil that comes not from religion.

That evil is Utilitarianism. Justification for law on the basis of "what will increase happiness for the collective". - and this evil dwarfs the other two .. but this post is far to long already.

Speaking only for myself, I have every confidence in the Constitution.

It is the people responsible for defending and implementing it I have little confidence in.

Known as the "wise men", "magi", "Chaldeans" in ancient times, at least to the Hebrews that were living during the first exile.

Some try to claim this group originated from Daniel, trying to infer these ideas came from the Jewish religious line rather than vice versa.
