Then make do with the laws that already exist, and stop calling for more.

His stock in trade is to pretend to have more influence and power than he does.

Good. We'll be catching a lot more terrorists when they fall for that urban legend.

ISIS *should've* told them to buy from the inner city gang black markets. That would've actually worked.

Oh wait, thats what they ACTUALLY do, but it doesnt fit the gun control narrative so lefty 'think' tanks came up with this 'isis gun show' crap.

    lolz

The only power and influence he has is to yell:
By the power of numbskull, as he watches old Heman cartoons on the telly.

Yup there is nothing like defending rag h e a d s' 2nd Amendment rights to commit jihad in America with semi and fully auto carbines.

I suspect there will be a lot of copy-catting of the Vegas shooter by ISIS operative in the USA from now on.

Watch out Country & Western music lovers !!

Watch out Rock 'n Rollers too !!

It is not about preventing crime or any nonsense, it is about unwittingly selling a Gun to a Felon or other prohibited person.

It is about protecting my own interests.

Are you responsible from stopping individuals from breaking the law?

As a retired LEO, no, I am not stopping anyone from anything, the Felons can always get guns.

I will not be the person that sells them a gun.
Same as if I sell my guns on consignment through a gun store.

If I ask to see a buyers DMV issued license and CCW, Felons and other prohibited persons tend to balk and beg off, or back away from the sale.

But the liability is the sole responsibility of the criminal

To clarify, liability is the responsibility of the one intending to acquire a firearm for the purpose of furthering a criminal act.

No matter how much effort is made to redefine them as being such.

I agree, the seller that unwittingly sells a firearm to a Felon or other prohibited person is not a criminal, and has committed no crime.

I just do not want to be "That Guy" that sold it to him.

If anything, the person who unwittingly made the sale should be considered a victim, as they are out not only their property, but the money they were provided for such.

    I agree.

I noticed if you ask to see a drivers license, some suspicious buyers, run like heck.

I only sell or gift guns to

    1) immediate family members

    2) former DOJ colleagues of mine

    3) FFL holders

    4) people I have personally witnessed buy a gun from a dealer and whom I know

    5) people I know who have a CCW permit that is current and valid

You know how you stop them from buying a gun in the US?

Don't let them in the US.

Why does the left want terrorists in the US?
