For such a young nation, Israel has achieved so much. It has become a global hub of technology and innovation. Many MNCs such as Intel, Google and Facebook have offices there to take advantage of the highly educated and skilled workforce. The nation has seamlessly integrated several waves of immigration from Eastern Europe, North Africa and the former Soviet Union, while reviving Hebrew as a vernacular language. The surrounding countries are war-ravaged, poverty-stricken, third world cesspits where women and homosexuals are denied their human rights. Bravo Israel. Salutations from an Irishman.
