It seems like the Israeli government's response to every war crime & intentional atrocity goes through 3 stages:

    1. They claim it was an "accident"

    2. When caught lying, they claim that the victim(s) deserved to be murdered.

    3. When any criticism is made of the Zionist atrocity / war crime, they & their army of Hasbara Trolls howl nonsense about "anti Semitism"

Once again, regarding your post #65:
You are saying that this act cannot happen in the only democracy of the ME, and that we should imagine it happens in Germany or in the US. Are you suggesting that the PA is like the US or Germany?

The difficulty is that in Israel, or better Palestine, there are seldom any witnesses besides Israelis. So, the killers can make up whatever story they want.

Just today they shot a 17-year-old teenager, who "allegedly" wielded a knife at some IDF soldiers. It makes no sense to me that he would do that, knowing exactly what will happen.

Israel kills Palestinian teen after 'stabbing attempt'
Palestinian health ministry confirms 17-year-old killed at military checkpoint in occupied West Bank.

Israeli border police shot and killed a Palestinian teenager who they allege wielded a knife at them at a checkpoint in the occupied West Bank.
(they could easily have wrestled him down)

The Palestinian allegedly approached a group of Israeli paramilitary policemen stationed at the Zatara checkpoint on Saturday, holding what appeared to be a bag, an Israeli police spokeswoman said.

The teenager "accosted" a soldier, and other troops then fired fatal shots at him, the spokeswoman claimed.

Israel's public radio said a guard was a hurt in "friendly fire".

    Read all here:

Of course, the Israeli soldiers shoot each other as well! I have a hard time believing that, it sounds too childish, but it waters down the point-blank killing of a Palestinian boy.

    The palestinians are stupid

They could have accepted the UN accords in 1947 and been living in peace a prosperity ever since

Instead they chose nothing but misery for themselves

Sounds as if they found a variation of this Christian Nation's Fourth Reich national religion crusade tactics where for the past 50 some years in that "serve the Pope or die" crusade it's been invent a drug crime to steal your mind with every form of tyranny over the mind of man as if it is far better than Holocaust concentration camp gas chambers since Christian countries have a monopoly on the drug trade where these Catholic Church KKK churchstate cops Kristallnacht "there are drugs in the synagogue" in order to lynch to finalize their second coming thru 9/11 adding that Jew killed JFK too despite being at what was formerly known as SCOTUS, now a supreme swastika up Uranus putting on a patriot act of megalomaniacal proportions howling homicidal sociopsychopathic suicidal Islam Christainanality pedophile mentality immaculate conceptions & fabricated misnomers.

UNSCOP (3 September 1947; see green line) and UN Ad Hoc Committee (25 November 1947) partition plans. The UN Ad Hoc Committee proposal was voted on in the resolution.
    Date 29 November, 1947
    Meeting no. 128
    Code A/RES/181(II) (Document)

    Voting summary
    33 voted for
    13 voted against
    10 abstained

Result Recommendation to the United Kingdom, as the mandatory Power for Palestine, and to all other Members of the United Nations the adoption and implementation, with regard to the future government of Palestine, of the Plan of Partition with Economic Union set out in the resolution[1]

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Partition_Plan_for_Palestine
    ------
As one can see, only 13 voted for the partition.
Had the 10 abstainees voted "no", it would have clearly been defeated.
Further, this decision went against the Human Rights of Self-determination!!
Honestly, I don't think, in light of the last 70 years, it would have mattered whether the Pals agreed or not. It is the Zionists plan to dominate at least the Middle East.

I don't know the vote total except that partition won

    Even your numbers say that

The palestinian arabs could have had peace and prosperity but chose not to

You don't seem to understand that, initially, the Levantine Arabs / Palestinians were promised ALL of Palestine if they were to aid the British in their fight against the Ottoman Turks:

    "The McMahon Agreement"
    http://www.historylearningsite.co.u...ddle-east-1917-to-1973/the-mcmahon-agreement/

EXCERPT "The McMahon-Hussein Agreement of October 1915 was accepted by Palestinians as a promise by the British that after World War One, land previously held by the Turks would be returned to the Arab nationals who lived in that land. The McMahon-Hussein Agreement was to greatly complicate Middle East history and seemed to directly clash with the Balfour Declaration of 1917."
    CONTINUED

The Arabs, of course, fulfilled their part of the agreement and were betrayed by the British government which was under pressure/control by British Zionist lobbies.

In essence, the Palestinians were only "stupid" in trusting a government dominated by Zionist lobbies.

The UN, for this plan to be implemented, showed it to the Jews and the Arabs. It needed both acceptance to be fulfilled, but while the Jews accepted it, the Arabs rejected it. Hence, Resolution 181 never got it's legal status to be impleented.
It needed both acceptance since it was merley a recommendation by the UNGA. But, since it never got the two side acceptance, this resolution, since 1947, is void and null.

BTW- the "self-determination" of the Arabs in the Land of Israel cannot be fulfilled as long as Article 80 of the UN Charter exists. Their "self-determination they got in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and so on. In the Land of Israel there is only the Jews right to self-determination according to the articles of the document of the Mandate, which it's articles are been protected by Article 80 of the UN Charter.

How could Palestine's native Arab population ever enjoyed
when FOREIGN Zionist Terrorist gangs made it clear that they would never be content with anything except all of Palestine:

    - "We have to kill all the Palestinians unless they are resigned to live here as slaves." Chairman Heilbrun of the Committee for the Re-election of General Shlomo Lahat, the mayor of Tel Aviv, October 1983

    - "Moshe Dayan, in his diaries said: "Our strategy was always to provoke the Arabs and get an appropriate response so we could attack and smash them."

    "Zionist Quotes"

    http://www.thehypertexts.com/Zionist Quotes.htm

""[We Zionists will] spirit the penniless population across the border [of the Jewish state] by denying it employment ... Both the process of expropriation [theft of land] and the removal [ethnic cleansing] of the poor must be carried out discreetly and circumspectly."—Theodore Herzl, founder of the World Zionist Organization, speaking of the racist expulsion of Palestinian Arabs, in his diary on June 12, 1895"

    ----------

Israel's system of apartheid, ethnic cleansing and brutal repression of Palestinians begins with the "Iron Wall" dogma of Ze'ev Jabotinsky, as explained by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who once said, “We all grew up as faithful to the doctrine of Jabotinsky." Jabotinsky was the spiritual father of the Likud, and he was a staunch advocate of "transfer" or ethnic cleansing.

"The Islamic soul must be broomed [swept, ethnically cleansed] out of Eretz-Yisrael."—Ze'ev Jabotinsky, spiritual father of the Likud

"Arabs must make room for Jews. If it was possible to transfer the Baltic peoples, it is also possible to TRANSFER the Palestinians."—Jabotinsky

"If we desire that Israel should become and remain a Jewish State, we must first of all create a Jewish majority [by expelling Arabs.]"—Jabotinsky

The McMahon-Husayn correspondence was in no way an official treaty. Therefore, the Brits were not obligated to fulfill what was detailed in the correspondence.

Did you read this far down in your reference?

The confusion arose from one small phrase in the correspondence between McMahon and Hussein. Land that “cannot be said to be purely Arab” was excluded from the agreement – as far as the British were concerned. Hussein, and very many Arab people, considered Palestine to be “purely Arab”. The British saw Palestine differently as the Turks, while they had been masters over Palestine, had allowed other religious groups to exist in Jerusalem – hence their belief that Palestine “cannot be said to be purely Arab”.

There's something wrong with your computer if:
There are ample quotes to make my point at:

Yes, I read the whole thing as well as "The 7 Pillars of Wisdom" by T.E. Lawrence.
That doesn't negate the fact especially according to Lawrence that the Arabs were betrayed by the British whose policies were dominated by Zionist lobbies.

I don't contend that Israel / Palestine should be exclusively Jewish or Arab. I was simply refuting the notion that all would have been well if the Palestinians had meekly accepted the Partition.

I don't care what the intent of some leaders was

The UN partition washed all that to the side

the 1948 war when Israel was invaded by approximately 7 arab countries sealed the palestinians fate

The Arab League was unable to push the Jews into the sea as expected and left the local arabs far worse off than they could have been

Because the ever expanding Zionists would never let them have a state of their own without creating some excuse for taking it bit by bit.

    Neither does the US,

    Latest example:

The day after US President Donald Trump signed his now notorious Muslim ban, he spoke with Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel. Over the phone, she reportedly "explained" to Trump the United States' obligations under international refugee law, which requires the international community to take in war refugees on humanitarian grounds.

Here is a little list of US violations:
