Your argument is weak. I know every card in a pack of 52. Pick a card. Just because I know you're going to pick one of those cards, the choice of which card to pick is all yours. Attacking the Bible as false does not impact any other religion in any way. Let's say you successfully destroy a Christian tenet - you think you've destroyed God. Christians don't make up the majority of theists in the world.
Proving a Christian wrong does not indict any other religion.

And all the Kennedys and Bill Clinton were all adulterers. Why can't you stay on topic?

the right is the ones claiming to be the family values party - meanwhile Trump is having affairs on his current wife with porn stars

the point was Adultery is legal, we do not use Biblical law in the USA - Trump and Clinton prove that

why can't you stay on topic

You ask to talk about "real beliefs" - and infer that contradictions can be explained away. The Trinity doctrine is a "real belief" - and the inherent contradiction in this ideology is a fact that is accepted by Christianity.

The explanation given by theologians is simply "its a mystery". It is not that theologians do not recognize the contradiction - They do.. denial of this contradiction is akin to claiming the Sun did not rise yesterday.

This is the point of "Faith" "Just have Faith" is simply an argument from ignorance which is logical fallacy. "We see this contradiction but - Just have Faith" is not an explanation for anything .. never mind a resolution to this contradiction. It is asking someone to just ignore the contradiction.

The difference is we did not hold them morally superior. We weren’t the comical party of “family values”...when you profess to be morally superior and then elect a morally inferior human being it speaks volumes about his base

That's what ANY thread about religion is going to be because that is the logical framework behind ALL religion, INCLUDING Atheism. ALL religions are based on some fundamental assumption (or as I call it, an initial circular argument).

No, it doesn't. Let's say that I am watching a taping of a previously live event (such as a football game). I already know what is going to happen, but does that mean that the players didn't have free will? It's all just a matter of perspective...

    It does.

    Yes, you can.

Correct, but that doesn't mean that people don't have free will. God has simply "seen the movie already"; that doesn't mean that the actors didn't act on their own accord.

Christianity served a purpose, you have to remember the times.. the OT was not a good religion back then... people wanted change, but the only way to have change was to invent a new religion that people could believe and still believe in the same God.... thus the invention of Christianity, in the beginning people knew it wasn't true, but wanted the change, then as the generations went on, they taught their kids and it became truth to many

we see religions created in today's age, like the Mormon religion and Scientology, if enough want to believe, it can become the truth to many
