Here is one you can't debunk..just like all the others you can't....Please explain to us what you know about the "Woods Procedure"

READ: The FBI "Woods Procedures" that the FBI failed to follow when wiretapping Trump associate
The “Woods Procedures,” named for the FBI agent who helped devise them, were supposed to be strict checks and balances that required every fact submitted in support of a wiretap application be verified all the way to the top of the FBI. If a single fact wasn’t verifiable, the application was supposed to be withdrawn or the “fact” removed.
Inspector General Michael Horowitz found the FBI violated multiple Woods Procedures rules in the agency’s multiple, controversial wiretaps of former Trump campaign associate Carter Page.
    Woods Procedures document here.

And it was salaciously spread in the court of public opinion by the Democratic controlled media.

You still hear the faithful here to this day talking about the pp tapes.

So yes it was useful to Democrats you can't argue it wasn't.

The talking points were faithfully and dutifully spread across the internet.

That's a new one on me. I've heard the "liberal bias" accusation before, but now you believe the media is controlled by Dems? Ridiculous. Was MSM supposed to ignore the story when news of the dossier broke?

Concerning the Mueller Report to congress, as a Trump-hater, the only thing you can hang your hat on is if Trump obstructed the investigation into the Trump campaign. On this subject Mueller said further investigation would have to be made...CONJECTURE... Mueller said (after 2+ years of investigation including the FBI's investigation) there was no evidence the Trump campaign worked with Russians to interfere in the 2016 election.

BTW, wasn't it you who said there shouldn't be an investigation into the 2020 election because there's no actual evidence the 2020 was corrupt?? Well to be consistent, you'd also have to say the investigation into the Trump campaign should never have been started since the was no actual evidence to start that investigation. Hum?

MSM ignored the story about Hunter's laptop, for example.

    Not conjecture. https://www.lawfareblog.com/obstruction-justice-mueller-report-heat-map
Mueller said his investigation was stymied by the refusal to cooperate by a number of witnesses..https://www.justsecurity.org/64679/...successfully-obstruct-muellers-investigation/
........and that what he was able to uncover did not meet the high bar of a criminal conspiracy. A charge he may have been able to bring if folks like Stone had not stonewalled the investigation.

You posted it. Mueller said his investigation was stymied. Ah, Mr. Mueller, what evidence do you have the investigation was stymied?:roflol: Ah, don't you agree an investigation shouldn't be started if there's no actual evidence to start an investigation (like the investigation into the Trump campaign) Hum?

Side note: Maybe the investigation into the Trump campaign was stymied like the investigation into the 2020 election was stymied?

David is a classic never Trumper. Why do you give him any credence or credibility at all? You realize that neither of these, either From or Brzenzinski are conservative, or otherwise authoritative as mouthpieces of the right. So who cares what their opinions on this are? We know because folks have unravelled the veil of conspiracy what the facts of these attacks are, who created them, and frankly who paid for them. We also know that the allegations aren't true, have been identified as not being true, and yet you continue to try to peddle these lies on this forum. To what end? Trump isn't around anymore. The tragedy that is the MSM et al using these lies to collude and alter the course of a presidential election is perhaps one of the most egregious acts of traitorous activity this nation has ever seen.

Because being a never Trumper has no bearing on the factual case he makes.

Defendant Suggests John Durham Is Relying On Contradictory Evidence

A new filing suggests deep flaws in a key prosecution brought by the Bill Barr-appointed special prosecutor John Durham, who is charged with investigating the investigators of the Trump-Russia scandal.

The filing came from defense attorneys for Michael Sussman, a former attorney for a law firm known for representing the DNC, and which represented the Clinton campaign in 2016.

Sussman faces a single count of making false statements in a case brought by Durham in September 2021. Durham alleged that Sussman misled the FBI about his client.

It was an odd case from the beginning, and one that’s gotten even stranger. Defense attorneys for Sussman now say that they have received evidence that the single witness for the false statements claim — a former FBI general counsel — gave conflicting accounts in other Justice Department interviews.

The upshot? There may be evidence to suggest that the case’s star witness has a faulty memory of the alleged lie that the prosecution wants to prove took place.

    https://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/...n-durham-is-relying-on-contradictory-evidence

Seeing as Durham is under tremendous to provide red meat for Trumpworld to gnaw on after Billy the Bagman appointed him to do just that, would it surprise me if his thin case against Sussman collapses? Nope.

Frum hasn't a clue what he's rambling on about. No, Russians didn't "Help" Trump's campaign. A remarkable review of the Steele Dossier, however, does indicate that Russians did try to assist the Hillary. Do you deny that? There are active criminal referrals under indictment in case you need a reminder. So, why not be mad at the DNC/HRC 2016 campaign for what clearly looks like collusion between themselves and the operatives who developed the Steele dossier? You, as well as Frum, told us endlessly that the dossier was real. And now that it's been picked at, and proven to actually be a hoax, you're trying to escape the envelope that put you in, to otherwise try to tell a different story that there were folks on FB who "helped" the Trump campaign? Seriously? Your fantasy bound narrative isn't playing. Sorry, and to put a finer point on it, who cares what Frum thinks at all, except that you believe you can label the man a conservative. In baseball, this is an great example of a total whiff.....
