Since when did an NDA prevent someone from offering an opinion? The only thing an NDA can legally prevent her from doing is to release insider information about the campaign that would harm it's ability to operate in the future. From what I have read, she has not released any such information. Her opinions on Trump, or details on things Trump or other campaign staffers did which were illegal, are not covered by an NDA.

 

Drama? More like a reality show. That's all the presidency has been since that clown was inaugurated.

I think she will lose in arbitration (which is usually stacked in favor of the employer), but I think she will win when it gets appealed to open court. These agreements are hard to enforce, and if Gary Cohen drafted it, it probably has the solidity of swiss cheese.
