    She released one tape that included a conversation during the campaign. However the NDA pertaining to that conversation might have been voided by Katrina Pierson when she denied any such conversation took place.

    The transition and WH employment should be excluded from the NDA pretty easily. And since the campaign NDA's appear to try to cover those times, they might be void as well.

    Probably his biggest problem now. He went to that well for decades and intimidated the hell out of people to silence them. There are probably thousands of people with dirt on Trump that will go public when the dam breaks.

    The agreement certainly comes off as an abridgment of that freedom, which makes it sound plain unconstitutional and therefore ultimately unenforceable. It is also not too clear about what it is attempting to prohibit. Is telling the simple truth about Trump "disparaging" him? Oi oi oi.
