Today at 4 PM est, Tebow and the Broncos will be tested by the Bears.

    That will tell you something.

no it wont, the Bears are depleted. they lost Cutler, they lost Forte and their defense is not great at all.

    What A Game!

Tebow and the Broncos do it for the 6th time!

I thought they were going to lose, but I am sure glad I watched the whole game.

Tebow didn't have a very good game, but a win is a win.

You must have been watching a different game than me.

1st of all, his receivers were dropping the ball all over the place.

Then, he takes over in the 4th quarter and throws 75% comp rate.

Next time put your glasses on when you watch the game...3 and out through 3 3/4 quarters, and 0 points.
That was a sub-par game for any QB. The defense won the game for the Broncos. I suggest a stronger prescription if you think that was a stellar offensive performance.

the Broncos are 7-1 since Tebow

The team won the game yesterday but 5 minutes of play is not going to defeat the Pats

They can't put the ball into the hands of Brady when you consider that Brady just had a lackluster performance. He won't be in a good mood and will be pout to prove something

On the flip side, the Pats defense is hurt and won't be able to contain the spread option

you call 22/37 for 357 yards and 3 td's a lackluster performance? and with a qb who is horrible at putting up points vs. Brady who puts up points all day you think Brady is gonna have a hard time lol?

dude, lol are you watching the same football we are?

    all things are relative

Brady was not on his game yesterday. He will be spitting nails next week and I pity the Denver defense.

On the flip side, I believe Denver will throw up at least 28 points against the lacking Pats defense.

In the end, the Pats will outscore Denver but it won't be a blowout.

Prater won the game yesterday, that's all there is too it. 59 yard field goals aren't so common, yet Tebow gets all the recognition? The 7-6 Bears are the first team he's ever beaten with a winning record, everyone else he's beaten was either .500 or less. Way too much hype for what he's actually accomplished, which is beating bad teams...

The Broncos are now 8 and 5. They were 1 and 4 with Orton and 7 and 1 with Tebow

Say what you may but there is more to leadership than just connecting passes.

Tebow has brought hope and belief to the Broncos who were not even considered to have a shot at the AFC west by the talking heads.

Ask Elway if he's loving merchandise sales

The only real challenge he faced was Detroit, and Tebow got beat. Chicago was on their third string QB and missing their star running back. He hasn't faced any real competition and still requires 'miracles' every game. He's over-hyped and over-rated.

The Broncos are not a very good team, at least offensively...Tebow does exhibit leadership skills in that regard, though his actual QB skills I was not all that impressed with at least based on the Bears game.

    perhaps as a passer

As a leader I would disagree

He gets way too much credit, the rest of the team is doing the real work. Defense stripped the ball out of Barber's hands, Prater tied it with a 59 yarder, then won it with a 51 yarder, those are the people that deserve the lion's share of credit, not Tebow. His leadership had nothing to do with that, that was their talent and they are simply overlooked in lieu of Tebow. That will wear thin sooner or later and it will all fall apart.

    sigh

look, you can hate the guy, you can hate his talent or his style

    Broncos with orton.......1-4

    Broncos with Tebow 7-1

what has changed? If all that he did was make the players step up to their full ability then that sir is leadership.

How is it a manager or CEO can turn around a division or company but keep the same staff?

I don't really hate him, I simply think he is way over hyped for what he has actually accomplished, beating bad teams. Look at the scores of his victories, the MVP on that team is Prater. That's who is winning games for them.

Nobody is denying who kicks the field goals

BUT, you have to step back and examine the big picture. This is what Elway had to do as well and swallow his foolish pride for this season

the Broncos now have butts in the seats

networks want to carry some of the game because it's a feel-good story amidst the crap which happened in college this year.

    merchandise sales have increased

the team is winning and who cares if it's pretty

with the exception of Tebow as starter, the team is the same

    so what's the difference?

It's Tebow at the helm. Sometimes all that it takes is a new face to make people become re-energized. It's no different when a McDonalds can go from being a poor performer to being a good store with just a general mgr change

the mgr isn't serving up the fries or dishing out the big macs

He has a better QB rating than: Sanchez, Hasslebeck, Dalton, Fitzpatrick, Newton, Flacco, Vick, Jackson, Ponder, Grossman, Freeman, Palmer, Bradford, Painter and Gabbert.

In 11 games Tebow has 11 TDs. In 11 games Tebow has 2 INTs.

He is a legitimate NFL QB.

Tebow has the lowest completion percentage in the league, also the fewest passing yards per game, lowest average yards per completion, and he's in the weakest division in the league. Hard to say if legitimate or not at this point.

but, for some reason, the team went from 1-4 with a "real" NFL quarterback or 20% success to 7-1 or 88% success with a hooligan as QB.........interesting isn't it?

Even if he loses the rest of the games he is at 64% success

Cam can't even get close to that if the panthers win out

I honestly think the Broncos could be 10-3 or 11-2 right now and the talking heads would still be bashing him. Tebow has embarrassed the talking heads by proving them wrong and they don't like to be wrong. Their egos can't handle it.

its funny but you never mention the way the defense has held its competition to mostly lower scoring games. gonna pretend Tebow plays defense as well? i guess its easy to forget bout the amazing play of the rookie Von Miller when you are hanging from Tebows nuts lol.

    1) Tim Tebow is just so wonderful, I want myself, my daughter &/or my son to marry him!
    2) With work, better skill players around him & a better offense game plan, he could turn out to be a very good, maybe even great, QB.
    3) It doesn't matter/I don't care, I hate his guts because I hate the Broncos.
    4) It doesn't matter/I don't care, I hate his guts because of his open Christian faith, which he just shoves in everybody's face.
    5) I don't believe he's an NFL QB & he never will be an NFL QB. It's all just hype, won't last.
    6) Who knows? Even though he has been improving from week to week, it seems too much has to go his way(team personnel, offensive scheme, etc.) in order for him to be a championship QB.
    7) Other?

My guess is, people will have more than just one of these choices for their feelings toward him. For example, my choices are in descending order: No.2, No.6 & secretly No.1(but don't tell my wife, she wouldn't approve:omg:...I mean, he would make a fine son-in-law!)
