    If Pence were to invoke the 25th Amendment, he'd have to follow the protocols given in the amendment, so your statement is redundant as that fact is a given.

    You have to have a certain percentage of the Cabinet agree with the VP. Three quarters IIRC.

    I don't know how familiar you are with the Constitution, but holding a majority in the Senate doesn't really help the dems with impeachment (or the 25th Amendment). They need 2/3 of the Senate to vote to remove him from office, and they won't get it:
