I don’t believe a fetus is a person. I am conceding for the sake of argument that it is. But any person with rights also must abide by the restrictions/limits to those rights.

I often wonder why men feel so strongly about forcing women to breed against their will. But then when we would have to use support millions and millions and millions of unwanted children they are the first to complain about it.

 

There is no reason to come to one unified point as that neither point has been made as law. It is no law that a fetus is a person...not is it law that a fetus has rights.
