kennedy was also killed because he on the verge of returning us to the constitution of the united states where the people had control over the government instead of all these corporations that do now.Plus he was going to pull us out of the vietnam war.war means big business for the corporations. soon as he was assassinated LBJ reversed his policy on vietnam which called for a complete withdrawel by 1965. Under LBJ was when combat troops were finally deployed.Kennedy never sent in combat troops.Just advisors on vietnam.thats it.

The media took the term "City of Hate" from the attorney who represented Jack Ruby and they repeated it ad nauseam. The impression left on the American people was that conservatives in a Dallas were somehow responsible for Kennedy's assassination, even though Oswald was a left wing nut.

The success of the Dallas Cowboys slowly changed opinions of the city. That's one reason why the Cowboys are so loved here.
