    Jeh Johnson was United States Secretary of Homeland Security from 2013 to 2017. He previously was the General Counsel of the Department of Defense.

    This sort of thing was his job.

    He then goes on to talk about the Insurrection Act, saying that we are not anywhere near meeting the standard required to invoke that law.

    But... if you wanted to become a dictator, sending the military into the streets is a great way to start.
