I haven't moved any goal posts. In one of my posts in this thread, I wrote about how Western jews commit serious crimes in their Western home country, like murder and child-rape, and then flee to Israel and live a comfortable life there because the Israeli authorities refuse to extradite them.

You quoted that post and said that this isn't unique to jews, so I asked which other ethnic groups have the same laws and policies. Since you brought up blacks, I asked you the following question:

Is there a black/African country that will accept black criminals (child rapists, murderers, etc.) from all over the world and refuse to extradite them to the countries in which they committed their crimes? You know, like Israel refuses to extradite jewish murderers and child rapists who commit crimes in the West?

Since you refuse to answer me, I can only assume that you realize that I'm right, i.e. that this is indeed unique to jews.

Israel is a jewish state that accepts jews from all over the world. Jews who were born and raised in the West can commit murder and child-rape in their home countries, and then flee to Israel and live a comfortable life there.
