The recording would have to actually be produced and most certainly verified as not being manipulated or edited. And was it used against someone in a derogatory manner or was it just uttered as a reference to what someone said? Black people use it all the time, but due to the context, its not "racist". A white person can also use it in context, as long as its not used to describe someone in a derogatory manner...like quoting a song, book or an actor saying it in a movie. You're not racist quoting lyrics in a song for example and I have in a car with the windows closed back in H.S and college. Doesn't make me a racist quoting Black Sheep or NWA. But due to our culture, I wouldn't do it in public.

I won't make a difference until something actually exists. Did it make a difference to you when Hillary called black people Super Predators or "joked" they she really enjoys hot sauce on her food like they do...even carries it around in her purse?
