Because he has the power and authority to order such actions, Trump assumes the executive order if his orders are miscarried by subordinates. We executed Japanese senior officers on such grounds. Trump is not exempt.

Nice attempt to move the goalposts across the universe. My statement remains. He has not committed acts of violence nor has he advocated for them and you cannot dispute that without doing a song and dance that would make Al Jolson envious.

My post on Trump's authority and responsibility for how his orders are carried out are true irrevocably.

Trump's subordinates have committed acts of violence, and as such he is responsible for the outcome.

You can 'nuh uh' all you want, but your defense is meaningless in morality and law.

More dancing. Yes the buck stops with the president But he has not committed violence. If one of his subordinates has and you have not given any examples then yhey are guilty of the actual violence not the president. Trump did not order violence nor has he intended to.

Full stop: "the buck stops with the president", so he carries the responsibility if all goes wrong.

The crowd last night was not violent. The violence was caused by Trump's order to clear a path so that he could play Hypocrite In Chief.

Didn't have to cone up with something Trump perpetrated, just stating the obvious truth.

~ These goofy leftist mayors and governors are worried about responsibility if they use National Guard - so they let their cities burn.
Trump may very well be forced to use the military as needed .

Does this mean Biden's people will be done rioting by then? Otherwise, not a chance, well not a chance for a million other reasons, like Biden was always a dud. Liberal disappoint come November is going to be epic...

I'm still waiting for someone who predicts Trump will lose bigly again to articulate why, other than Biden isn't Trump.

    I know, right!

Who needs policies, anyway. Let's approach this with a six year old's mentality.

After the reelection, however, other options like cratering the DNC will be considered. Bulldozers will work.

It's a strangled cry for help. Charity impels our assistance. Encourage him. Small words. Short sentences. Clarity. Or just giggle and ask what, she wore any at all?!?!?

Drove the first tank in Lafayette Square. Lobbed the first smoke bomb. Leaped down in his mask and cape and bare chest and beat skulls with a grille from a 1954 Mercury. It was in all the papers.......

At his rate of senility, Biden will be lucky to remember breathing. I presume "more sensible" means Biden's son gets obscene amounts of money because of....what was that again on why they put Hunter on that board? Explain that, hey?

Creepy Joe Biden, the Sniffer. Groper. Father of the Russian-owned stooge. Sensible? The Democrats never once showed they were capable of it. Biden is as sacrificial as it gets but denies younger Democrats their input this cycle. Younger Democrats, always the Young Turks, always disappointed as long as their elders in that sorry party still draw breath.

After this Biden defeat, the Supreme Court vacancies will crush this BS forever when Trump names people that make Clarence Thomas look like Abbie Hoffman or Antonin Scalia another Emma Goldman.

Gretchen Whitmer got trounced Friday by her state supreme court over a vindictive shutdown order. She's known now, for certain. Over-reaching martinets get slapped. It's long overdue.

By the time their rigged convention tosses Biden out on the first ballot, and superdelegates do THEIR prearranged buck-and-wing (straw hats and canes and all), we will have someone inoffensive that the media hasn't already painted up being as crazed as Bernie the Red. Or they bet the farm and we get Hillary no matter how many times the rubes said no.

The goal remains the same, comrades. We are only in their way and must stay there.

Nah, Trump has that approach locked up. He is "Me the President" not "We the People".

quiller is easily making the argument for Biden as president, because in no way shape or form can quiller make Trump look equal or better than Biden.
